This Fry's Marketplace at 67th Avenue and Bell Road has a great selection of items. I love the selection of Chompie's bakery items. The bakery makes excellent cakes. The staff at the Deli counter is always nice. Their chicken tenders are really good also. I prefer to cash my lotto tickets at this location, the customer service desk employees are very nice and good at their job. I also like this location for the US Bank inside. The Starbucks is always busy. If they don't have the items I need, I can ask them when they will restock them and they usually get them sooner and let me know. The manager is nice and helpful anytime I have asked him were items are located when I see him on the floor. Don't miss out on the app and coupons and the extra points fuel points on Friday's.

The Fry's Marketplace at 67th Ave and Bell Road has a wonderfully colorful sushi display at the deli area that is freshly-made every morning and is restocked most of the day. I went there at 11am and they were restocking it once again. The Asian lady that makes the sushi is a true artist and I have no doubt she has past experience at Japanese sushi restaurants as the rolls were expertly done with all the same sauces and deep fried toppings as a sushi place ??. The deli made sub sandwiches I brought home to my son, his eyes popped out looking at the amount of meat that was piled on them so I put one on a scale to see him much meat was in them. It was over 3/4 of a lb! Also, I had just bought a cold cooked shrimp party tray a couple days prior for 19.99 at another Fry's and saw same thing at this Fry's for 14.99. so I'm changing to this Fry's now and driving the 3 extra miles. When I was complimenting their sushi bar at the deli, they said please tell others so they'll come and buy from it. I promised I would. The prices are fantastic for the quality sushi and amount you get of it as it's restaurant quality.

This store steals from it's customers. They refuse to accept any responsibility after taking my money and giving me nothing in return. Now I'm out $100.00. Side note, the front of house "manager" guy is as good as garbage. Don't bother calling Kroger corporate office either, they just say its the customers fault, they are trash too.

I have been shopping at this Frys for yearsI love the employees. My complaint is the renovations which have recently occurredThe store is difficult to navigate, the stock seems to have been cut in half. I am not sure if this was a corporate decision but they should have asked for input from their customers.

0 stars. Management is garbage, no help. Deli is piss-poor degenerates. Doesnt know what fractions or decimal points are. Deli creates their own operating hours. Makes it so convenient. Entire store went from 8.5 to ZERO!! Thank you Fry's & Kroger. #1 $hit bags @ 67th ave/bell rd.

This location used to be my home location as it was closest to the house I was staying in a few years ago. I have since moved and have a location I frequent closer to the new place.Since leaving and coming back, the store has clearly made improvements and is upgrading in many ways. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, so it's no surprise that they continue to be top-notch. It would be nice to see some of the upgrade budget be put into the flooring since the appearance is very unpleasant. Otherwise, great location!

Just because the store is changing doesn't mean the customer service should go down the drain. I've been shopping here for 3 YEARS. I went in tonight, and not one employee said anything, even when I got to the register. They were talking loudly amongst themselves. I had attempted to let them know the bag of Popsicles was open and to be careful. The kid bagging the groceries was too busy talking to the other baggers and snapping his fingers, ending up throwing my purchased items into the frys bags. Not one person thanked me or said, "Have a good night." Nothing. Broken Popsicles when I got home. Disappointing.

This location has gone from one of the better ones in the valley to the absolute worst. Constantly out of stock, customer service is garbage and they don't even honor rain check they wrote at that location. Add on this new floor layout they have been implementing forever that is so hodge podge assembled and you have what I would consider all the needed bullets to fire your store director (assuming there is one there because I would never want to claim that title out of embarrassment). Off to winco for the steady future it seems until I hear you guys step your game back up.
