I had one employee act rude. But he was nice after he saw who I was. And the blonde cashier is amazing. Joseph and the other clerks are amazing. We need more Americans like them.

I will never shop at frys again.Never have I been treated so poorly and unprofessional ly as I was treated today.Your manager and pharmacist are the rudest people I have dealt with in a long time.Someone needs to teach them both customer service skills.

I still have problems for buying a last minute item and finding out it requires a digital coupon for a $6 off, cashier's say got to have coupon or pay full price, I guess having a Fry's card and shopping there for over 25 years isn't good enough. Wenco and Walmart area better choice

As with most shopping center parking lots it was hard to find a space. It took driving through twice. It was worth the inconvenience. This place has almost as much variety of goods as Wal-Mart. It has not only household goods but clothing too. There was an unbelievable amount of alcoholic beverages but no more cooked ribs that were on sale. The deli selection was phenomenal. I wasn't that impressed with the bakery items. It would be nice if the cash registers spoke the prices of items since there is the sale price, the card price, the digital price and the multiple purchase price. That's alot of work involved to get groceries.

I went into Fry’s to purchase a few items. Did self check out Nadine was overwhelming and completely unprofessional. She checked every item after reading it, she checked it again and then, after she saw that it was there she checked it again. Basically accusing me of stealing when I was not. Will not go back to the store. Completely unprofessional plenty of other fries to go to. Concerned, patron

As a Retail and Supermarket expert, I hold very high standards for this industry. Being that there are so many attempting to emulate the same structure for the sake of business, there is still an art factor that goes with Retail marketing and customer service. Fry’s is a first for me, I saw a little of H-E-B, Whole-foods, and maybe what they may consider their own style. Employees are mostly to themselves, not very cheerful or excited. The Product selection is OK and the layouts are simple with some type Feng Shui. I did not have enough time to check the departments out, but, I got what I needed, and they had Apple Pay, which a lot of other retail spots may not have right now.4.5/5 ⚔️

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. This has been one of the most awful experiences i have ever had with any retailer, actually, it is the worst experience with retail i've ever had. I placed an online order at 1125am waited around all day for it. tried contacting 1-800-576-4377 5 times only to be disconnected 4 times and then when i finally get someone she hung up on me without ever assisting me. So i call the store directly that was fulfilling my order and get told i have to talk to instacart and get hung up on. SO i finally get a hold of instacart and am told there are no delivery drivers available. WTF! What is troubling about this, had i not called instacart i would have not known this. All my money is tied up in this order so if I cancel I wont have the money to eat tonight. NO one thought hey maybe we should call the customer and let them know. Nope no contact they were going to keep letting me wonder. Wasted my whole day waiting for something that is not coming. WHAT makes this even better . . . I wanted to change it to a pickup order, oh sorry we cant do that. If it were possible to give negative stars I would. Dropped the ball this time Kroger. Ridiculous. All i got was migraine and pass the buck no one wants any accountability for f*cking up, but when we as the customers do, we are supposed to apologize profusely.

I shop at this store every week. $300-$400 each trip. Meat department is usually always pretty subpar. Its expected though. Bought 2 pork butts today for a big party. Cut open the bags and immediately knew the meat was rancid. Called to tell the store the meat was bad and Marcus at the customer service counter stated "it is what it is" after a 20 second pause after I told him he should pull the other meats off the rack and asked how to get a refund. Marcus should be fired. This store needs a refresh and as convenient as it is I cant shop here anymore. Sarah the manager was very concerned and hopefully responded properly. Wholesale changes are needed

Very good store for quick and easy pick ups. Go there all the time. Not too expensive, but good quality food. Never had a problem.

Pay for boost. Ordered on the app. App says order is ready for pick up. Send my son to pick up order, wasting his time and gas, and was told they’re behind. My husband returns 2 hours later and is ignored. Waits 20 mins for someone to finally assist him. Don’t mark orders as ready for pick up if they’re not ready. Quit wasting our time. We pay for the monthly membership to save time and STRESS. Side-note: fix the carts! Everyone is sick and tired of getting whip lash from your carts coming to an abrupt stop at the exit. This has been an issue for months. FIX IT!

I like the coupon book they send. I definitely go to Frys because of it. It's always a good grocery shopping experience. The staff is friendly.
