We are literally here every single day. Sometimes twice. At first I thought the people wouldn't be friendly since I grew up in the country and have a need to be friends with everyone. But the first day we had Mrs Lori and she was the sweetest most kind and helpful lady up front. Preston in the gas station at night and Melody in the mornings are just awesome. This place reminds me of our hometown store in Pennsylvania. No stealing at least out in the open like everywhere else. Everyone is kind and helpful. They love my baby even though she is kinda mean to everyone (including me, lol) they always talk and make sure we are taken care of. If you are looking for a small town feel in a big store, this Fry's is the one to go too.

Very chaotic unorganized,the customer service lady and her manager apparently that's what I was told, very unprofessional about the error there system had with my gift card and told me I couldn't use it there after, and that was before I stood in. Line for 30 mins, I used that gift card at the Fry's on Northern and Glendale just fine and went back there again after this incident and used the remainder of the gift card no problem, in the same item I had tried to purchase at this Fry's with no help from the associates, will go out of my way to avoid a stop at this particular location

Ladies had attitude; just texted and talked up front instead of doing their jobs properly making it hard for people to get assistance and the security worker to do their job properly. Assistant manager with a big ego talking down to someone who's there to assist them and walking right past a cutsomer asking for assistance. It's no wonder this place is a target for theft. The set-up is old as well so it makes it annoying to get in & out of the building properly. Overall an annoying store to work in. There's a better frys a mile down the road.

It made me give a star. I would give all negative. No stars deserved. Shout out to corporate for doing a great job for allowing all the negativity that goes on at that store from being harassed by your workers constantly, threatened and discriminated against the list goes on. I have removed myself being the bigger person. Raise your pay and stop being inconsiderate have respect for the folks you choose to hire. This the worst store ever very disorganized. The food that is out be spoiled I can keep going. This store needs to be shut down. It's very few employees that do their job correctly.

This frys is the worst. To start off, the carts are never close to the store, nobody collects them. The costumers have to go look for them at the parking lot. The aisle are messy, like if nobody restocks anything or even bothers to put things where they go.

As if it's not bad enough, this place doesn't have a fresh deli, but now they have a liquor section that is separate from the customer service where you get tobacco... But.
Why does the tobacco section close at 8 PM Because it's customer service and the alcohol section closes at 9 PM an hour before the store closes.? why tf is this place making everything so famn difficult...Get it together Frys...organization sucks at this place...2 Stars because Most of the ppl that work there are nice. But to live 2 blocks away from this place and still have to go miles sometimes to another frys is insane.

Another Worst Fry's ever! Had multiple bikes stolen from this location. They have a bike rack but no cameras by the bike rack if someone steals. If u can, go 1 mile north to the other Fry's.

This location is constantly low on stock and choice. The produce will be visibly rotten with fruit flies. Shop somewhere else if you can. Workers are the only saving grace.

The employees look like zombies, I'm not kidding, go see for yourself, also not a very clean store, I've seen cleaner.
