Went to Frys at 51st Ave and Olive Ave around 5pm and found out the Customer Service area was closed for some unknown reason. How can you shut down your customer service at the busiest time of the day? This would be a great location to put a grocery store someday ... lol. I worked in Grocery retail for 32 years, and this is the worst of the worst for customer service.

Fry's is HAPPY to rip you off and really doesn't care that they do. I used to shop at Fry's regularly but they have the worst app any grocery store chain and they do not check that their advertised prices shown in their circular with their digital coupons actually match their computer system. In all of 2023, I haven't made one trip to Fry's without being over charged for at least one items. Today I bought grapes and avocados and in BOTH circumstances I went up to the sales display advertising the digital coupon price and bought the items in the display. For one the produced department had filled the display with the correct Green grapes, but used another brand of red grapes that were in the identical sized plastic container and same weight but weren't on sale so people would be charged TWICE what the same grapes would have cost under the correct brand. These were not where another customer left some that weren't on sale in the display...there were fully stocked by their staff in the display. Then I got avocados from the display that said .49 and when checked out... they rung up at .89. Because you can't see the final prices until after you hit pay...and then it's hard to match up what you actually paid per item, until you pay and see the receipt to then only see that you were over charged and then have to wait in line at customer service to be refunded. I made a stink to the customer service desk about removing the non sale items that are in the sale display and they said they aren't allow to touch anything... so basically everyone just pays TWICE what they should...and they don't care

I have always loved Fry's but I am shocked that Kroger hasn't shut down this location. Management couldn't care less. Homeless drug addicts sleep on their doorstep at all hours and it has nothing to do with the location because walmart directly across the street doesn't seem to have that problem. It happens here because mgmt allows it. Stopped in last night and was honestly scared. Two people that were clearly under the influence were half asleep/half awake right in the entry way and another was on something else that had him hopping around and shouting. Nope, never again when there is a clean, safe, and well stocked walmart neighborhood market directly across the street. Corporate, wake up and do something about this location!!!

It's a convenient grocery store. They have decent produce, they have decent deals on meat sometimes like the "green meat special" as we call it. If you're looking to get a few things, this is a good place to stop. The cakes always look good. One thing I do really like is that they have a section of free fruit for kids because if we're being honest, sometimes it is hard shopping with kids. So it's nice to be able to offer them something healthy to help them get through the shopping trip.

This one has more pumps than the other Fry’s fuel stations and it’s never busy so that’s why I give it five stars and it’s always clean. There’s not a junk laying around on the floor and the customer service is always helpful if you need them

The manager Mari should literally be fired. The way she talks to customers and reacts to things are wrong. Extremely disrespectful! You don't need to push someone's cart into them especially when they have their kids in the cart. If you can't handle watching over a store let alone self checkout then don't have them open.

I have been shopping at this location for over 40 years and although sometimes the store smells bad, most of the time it's ok. I have been using the shop-on-line and pick-up-in-the-parking lot routine for the past 2.5 years and have been satisfied most of the time. Lately, things have going wrong which is understandable, but in order to correct problems and bugs in their system, I have to call customer service and be connected to a location which, I'm guessing, is out of the US. Waiting on hold for a long time only to explain several time what the problem is because I can't understand the person and I doubt if they understand me, is very annoying and time consuming. Whom ever is in charge of these customer service people, please train them better and get your act together. I am not a happy customer.

The pharmacy sucks so bad terrible they have no respect for patients and are very lazy they do not do their jobs and have attitudes about it especially the guy with the gold chain who works the counter seems like a Drug dealer place shouldn't be licensed!!!

The Pharmacy SUCKS! I thought it was just me, but sat there and watched as customer after customer walked away without their prescriptions. I arrived and there was one person in front of me there to get her "scheduled" vaccine. First of all took 10 minutes before one of the employees even acknowledged she was there. Another 15 minutes to navigate her computer. She asked how long it was going take as she was on her lunch hour...no idea was her response. No explanation, no consideration. And then it was my turn. I don't know that they have actually ever had my prescription ready even when they said it was there! For that reason, I call refills on weeks in advance and get 90 days at a time so I don't have to deal with the inept people, lack of systems and accountability. I called to make sure it was ready and was told they had four RX's ready for me new to me, I only have one! I pushed the appropriate buttons to speak to a person...which never happened. Leaving on vacation tomorrow, so just went in. They said they had zero prescriptions ready for me...and oh by the way, their automated system doesn't work! WHAT I'm sitting here waiting the 20 minutes they say it will take. EVERY SINGLE person in the now LONG line has walked away without receiving their orders etc

Their pharmacy could really use help with management and customer service. My wife called in a prescription at 3pm, they said it would be an hour. When she went in at 4:15 the guy says, oh, this won't be ready til after 5pm. So at 5:30 we called and got the automated system and it said our prescriptions were ready so of course we went in. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, Mercedes tells me their not ready. I said I called in and was told their ready, she's says quite abruptly, well, it lied. We can do them if you want to wait she says. How long I say, 20 minutes she says. I'm waiting in the car, we'll see but I kinda doubt it. We've been lied to twice already today. Wtf

This place is one one the most poorly managed grocery stores I've ever been in. One register open, been standing here in line for 15 minutes while this guy calls for help at the register, employees are legit walking past while this line gets longer. Smh I only come here out of necessity, and only if there are no other possible options.

I have no clue who is working the deli meat counter, but have never been treated so poorly, you guys have cameras, pull the footage and watch how this young man treated me, I am only 35 and asked for thin sliced turkey and asked me right away if it was for an old person or for my dogs?!? I have seen him be rude to other customers but was always nice to me, not tonight. Wont ever go back there for anything!!

This pharmacy is the WORST pharmacy i have ever been to in my life!!! I wouldn't even rate 1 star but i unfortunately had too... Being a pharmacy technician myself i know that it does not take 8 hours to fill 7 prescriptions that were brought early in the morning!! After being hospitalized for 2 weeks i waited over 2 days for my prescriptions and than when i called to see if my medication was ready, the technician had no clue what i was talking about and than when she found my prescriptions she tells me it's not going to be ready for another 30 minutes. On top of all of that, my brother went to pick up my medication and she made him wait another 10 minutes, what a joke seriously???!??? I am completely disgusted. They are unprofessional, the pharmacist is rude, the technicians are rude. They either need to get an entire new team or shut the damn pharmacy down itself!!! I will not be returning here anymore and all of my prescriptions will be moved to Walmart, where people actually know what they're doing... Save money live better, switch to Walmart pharmacy!!!
