I have a flight to Amsterdam tonight at 8.25pm and won’t be back for 2 weeks so I needed my meds for the trip. I got to pharmacy around 3.30pm. The lady at the counter said they’re not ready but they will be in 30 min. I told her that I have to be at the airport in 3 hours. Mood and energy of the staff was better I could feel it. I went back at 4pm which I chose to stay in the store and wait which leaves me 2 hours to pack up and say goodbye to my family. Same lady said it’s not ready but it will be in 30-45. I said fine and this time I went home. 5pm I went back to pharmacy and another lady told me they’re not ready so wait 10 more minutes. Then she called me to counter and said they’re out of a med and they ordered it. Pharmacist named Stephanie came who is the star of my complaint and one start review. I asked her politely that I’m going for a vacation and I have only an hour to be at the airport and I really need my meds so I’ll take whatever the quantity you have instead of my full qty which is 90. She checked and said and they have only 27 of them. I said I’ll take it and she said sure it will be ready in 45 minutes. If she was the one going to a vacation would she like to be treated selfishly? I waited for hours respectfully because I was told that my meds would be ready. I bet all negative reviews are caused by her and her selfish management style. If she cared a little about me and the company she works for she’d tell me; sir I got you, please wait 5-10 minutes and we won’t let you go without your meds. That’s the right customer service. That’s how I treat my clients. I hope somebody at Kroger reads this and some action would be taken. I’m not talking about her losing her job but maybe she needs a stick this time because she doesn’t deserve a treat. Thank you.

I am truly impressed by Liv, the pharmacist at Fry's Pharmacy . She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. Liv consistently goes above and beyond to assist me and my family, taking the time to explain medications, answer questions, and ensure we feel well cared for. Her dedication and personalized approach make a real difference, and we are so grateful for her exceptional service. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking outstanding pharmacy care.

Had a flu shot at our church. I wrote down my insurance information On their form and one of the people working at the clinic took my insurance card flipped the paper over and wrote down all the information as well. Fry’s called me that Sunday afternoon I was lying down didn’t take the call. They called me again the next day and I’m really aggravated because they have my information. I have to go dig for my card and I say oh for gosh sakes and the pharmacist I guess That’s who she was her name is Liv says, I’m not going to talk to you if you take the Lords name in vain this put my blood pressure through the roof as I said for gosh sakes And regardless, let’s remember, she was calling me for something she needed that I had already given!! This pharmacist has one bad, nasty attitude!’ And I was clearly very annoyed as I am busy working myself and again for the third time let’s remember they called me for something they needed because of their error not mine!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with .They never have the most basic blood pressure medication in stock and always have to wait a few days to pick it up. Which is ridiculous

Everyone at this Frys is very friendly and helpful! The store manager named Chris goes above and beyond in pleasantly assisting shoppers and customers service matters. We’ve been shopping at this location for about 5 years. The pharmacy staff are also efficient, professional and personable. We notice and appreciate the combined efforts of employees in every department regarding their accomplishments towards making our visit a positive experience. Fry’s has lots of ways to save money. Check out their website and become a member for maximum savings. in the store, pharmacy and at the gas station at almost every Frys. Frys has super store locations as well that offers clothing, household and garden items, etc. Happy shopping.

Not a very good pharmacy as many have said.
The lady pharmacist makes things difficult if the prescription is not written as she wants. She invent rules, makes inappropriate and ignorant comments and eventually we went to Walmart where the prescription was filled in 15 minutes. We will not be back.

Call at least three times to make sure your prescription is ready for pick up. Four different times I have received a text saying your prescription is ready so I decide to go the next day only to find out it's not ready at all. Shame on you, Frys pharmacy.

Every cashier here is so damn rude!!!! Try having a little customer service. And if you don't like your job, go work somewhere else! The ones who help with the self check out are the WORST. Angry grumpy scary old man... golley. HAVE A LITTLE KINDNESS IN YOUR HEART! Won't ever be back.

My review is for the deli only. I was surprised at the selection they had to choose from. The Fry's I normally shop at does not have Boar's Head anything at their deli. They had so many deli items to choose from, so I could see myself going back if I am in the area, but I won't go out of my way just to go to their deli.
