SO disappointing. Used to buy our christmas tree at Home Depot every year.This year customer service was so disappointing. Employee just sat there told my husband, just pick it out and bring it to me, pay first before I cut the branches off. Past year employees were always helpful. This year just lazy. He didn't even cut the trunk, tree died within 10 days. I'm so mad. Today we went to another Home Depot, on Bell & 67th - same service. Just sat there. You just lost our business! We moved on, never will I buy from Home depot again. Found another tree, 3 gentlemen helped us out, walked the field with us, cut the tree properly and brought to the car. Refreshing to see customer service is still exists in some areas. Will return to them next year.

So the moronic incompetent idiots at Home Depot shipped my online order if a new refrigerator to California. The only issue is, I live in ArizonaThe level of stupidity and morons that are at this company is staggeringNo one can tell my the refrigerator was shipped to California instead of actuality delivering the refrigerator to my home in ArizonaWill never shop pr spend 1 penny at this poorly run company. Everyone should sell their stock buy Lowes stock

Worse customer service ever!!!! I've called this place a minimum of 14 times in 2 weeks for the crappy job they did on my door, their either not in until 10:00 am or they are @ lunch or they just hang up on you i will never spend a dime @ this place again!!!! Corporate needs to step up & address their lazy employees!!!!

Everybody here is helpful and wants to do a good job. Recently had to return a $300 blower that was less than a year old and wasn't sure if they would take it back. Bre at the return desk looked at every option and was able to exchange it for me and the entire process was pleasant and seamless. I felt like I was back in the days of good customer service, and to get it from a big box store was even more impressive. Thank you for actually taking care of your customers

I've always been a Lowe's guy but a few years ago I moved and well, Home Depot was closer. So I started going to one (Bell Rd) really close to my house. They were hit or miss but "hit" enough to keep me going there. Last month I tried the online order thing (first time) for a small project, and well, they (Bell Rd) MISSED!!!!!! Quite honestly, Bell Rd Home Depot jacked my time for a month!!! BUT, this Home Depot (at 6160 Behrend Drive) was MY SAVIOR! Every time Bell jacked me, Behrend was there. Not once did they not have what their online said they had. Not once did I go in and get an excuse. My orders were always ready and COMPLETE! Not once did I enter the facility and not get a smile and a hello. This place has their sh*# together and is ready to help the customer. I only wish they would send their blueprints/game plan etc. to the cluster____ over on Bell Rd. Y'all rock! Keep up the good work!!!

Hello,IMHO:This place sucks as far as service. The promote based on incompetency IMHO. Jeff the manager spent nearly 30 min's showing a customer every part in the store today while I waited for a 3 second question/answer after spending 6 digits on Home Depot last year.Time for a a change. Do not promote to the level of incompetency.

I just went there yesterday to get a color match. Painted last night. In the daytime when dried the color does not match. Sick of wasting my time her for crappy paint service. Will be going to Sherwin Williams. Where they know paint. Home Depot has low prices you get low quality at homedepot

If I could give them a negative number of stars, I would. Home Depot has lost a customer for life. My wife and I purchased a refrigerator and washer/dryer on 11/12/22. We spent $4728. The earliest delivery date was 12/1/22. Today is 12/1/22 and I had received a text notification yesterday that my order would be delivered today between 10am-2pm. When the didn't show by 2pm, I called Customer Service and found out the delivery was delayed, but would still arrive today. I called again at 4pm and was told that there were still 4 more deliveries ahead of me. How can that be when I was originally given a time window of 10am-2pm? While on the phone with the Customer Service Rep, she told me that her system updated and they had to cancel today's delivery. I could not believe my ears. She could not make any accommodation for me and was only able to reschedule the delivery. The earliest date available was 12/14/22. This means we will have waited more than a month for our order. I would not recommend buying from Home Depot. This review is not against the store itself, but the failed delivery of my order.

I had some time to burn so I decided to come in and check out the shower heads because I desperately needed a new one. The one I had was basically water just trickling out of it. I was standing there looking and and employee, I believe his name was Andrew, came up to check on me and see if I needed any help. I kind of briefly told him what I was looking for and he jumped right on it! He went to the computer and looked up high pressure ones I told him I was interested in the one that I bought. He went online and looked up some more information about it and then he encouraged me. I made a joke how the hardest part was going to be installing it myself, and he rolled with it and gave me all the encouragement that I needed. He helped me get the last little thing that I needed the white not tape thingy whatever it's called to wrap around before I twisted it on. Sorry if none of this makes sense I am not very good at home improvement stuff and this was the first thing I ever did by myself and even though it was easy, I just want to say thank you Andrew for giving me the encouragement and all of your help!

placed an order for curbside pickup. Travis came out quickly to bring my order and even offered me a water!! i had never been offered a water by a pickup associate, usually the customer offers so I was completely taken aback. he was super sweet & id definitely come back just because of his service.

If you ever need help figuring out a door for your house I'd recommend going into the Home Depot at 59th and the 101 and see Lee in the door section. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Home Depot and GE appliances sold me a "brand new" gas range with multiple system failures and leaks. This range is a death trap. Home Depot and GE are actively conspiring to commit consumer fraud. DO NOT buy a GE appliance, ever. Again: GE and Home Depot sell faulty and dangerous appliances and they are intentionally trying to cause harm.

never has anything I need in stock, stores are all laid out different. things that should be together are not. Do you want security or motion sensing light fixtures for out doors? they used to be in the light fixture aisle now they are in another aisle except not all of them. The website sucks search for something only to find out it's not in the store. finding someone to help is like hunting for snipes. When you do find someone they can't help because they don't work in that area/are new/never heard of it/have to check their phone/are too busy hiding from customers/gossiping etc. how can a tiny little place like Ace Hardware have greater variety of stuff than a huge store? I ask you?

Don't usually have a problem with this store, but I checked in for curbside pickup and after 12 minutes of waiting, I had to call them in order for someone to come out. Not a great customer service experience.

Worst Home Depot. Literally. Put product away so I can use a freaking cart. Tell your delivery guys that if they are going to sit and laugh to get out of the way so I can get by you and shop. Tell the two young girls that are working in painting to either take off your mask and talk to me or don't have a attitude when I can't hear you over everyone else, or the music, or the mask. Have more people working in check out so the lines are blocking the store. It's Home Depot people it's not hard work. It's a retirement job. Thanks
