Nice arena! My nephew played in a tournament over the weekend from Chicago. Security seemed pretty uptight at the entrance but later changed my mind. After one of the late games it ended around 11:30pm the ushers had walked everybody out the arena. 30min later I realized i had thrown away something of mine by mistake and security actually let me back in, no escort or anything.

My daughters purchased VIP tickets for the En-Hyphen concert, and first let me just say that the concert was amazing. This review is for the Desert Diamond Arena and their staff and how they treated these girls that spent a lot of money on this experience. They were left outside in 100 degree weather for 7 hours without shade. They were told they could not keep their food and extra water with them. They did not get first chance at merchandise and ended up not getting anything at all because by the time they were able to get there, it was all gone. I have repeatedly reached out to the arena via their customer support email and they have not responded personally even once. The staff were very disrespectful and did not carry out the proper procedures as per the VIP ticket purchase details. It was terribly managed from the start at 9:00 AM when they made them come and line up. Why did they have to be there for 7 hrs before they were let in to the arena for the sound check (which they barely were let in on time for)? The way the merchandise purchasing was handled was unbelievable, they spend all this money to get a VIP experience and they don't even come home with a t-shirt! This was also my younger daughter's first concert and to be treated this way is very disappointing. She was so happy and excited to get to see her group perform, I just wish it could have been more special by her having a t-shirt to remember it. So it goes without saying that we will not recommend this venue for sure.

The Dessert Diamond Arena is a versatile concert venue with ample parking. We were at the Lauren Daigle concert and had a wonderful time.

Attended the The Old Dominion concert and had a blast!!! State of the Art Arena in every way possible... There's no bad seats in this place.... My seats were in Section 120 and I was satisfied... I bought two Rum and Cokes and it cost me $52!!! But hey it's the same in every Major Arena in the good ol US of A... Overall impressed with Desert Diamond Arena and I can't wait til I attend the next event... Thank you Old Dominion for putting on a wonderful show WITH NO BAD VIBES ALLOWED!!!

Finished an evening at the PBR tonight! Great atmosphere, great entertainment, great music! The venue is nice. I would give 5 stars but the seats are a bit small, anticipate some snuggles with your neighbors. LOL Not the most comfortable seats but still enjoyed the evening! Going to concert there in 2024 and excited. Guess it's time to lose some weight...I'll come back and write another review on the seats at the time. ?

Desert diamond Arena provided a great experience for my family and I when WWE came to town recently. The staff and the facility were very knowledgeable and well-maintained.

Great venue! Took my dad for his 80th b'day to the PBR bull riding event. We all enjoyed it. Fun family event. Nice that Westgate is right outside for food/entertainment.

Had alot of fun when WWE came to town. Quick and easy to leave. No one had a clue where will call was though. They where suppose to let us in 15min easy as well and that didn't happen. But it was fun.

Came here for the Erykah Badu concert and it was awesome! This is a highly organized facility :) they make sure you know where you are going and the workers do their best to keep up with long linesThey actually have a good variety of alcoholic drinks but be prepared to pay haha. Plus they do NOT accept Arizona mobile ID, you have to have a physical ID card ?

Went here for my first concert EVER which was marc anthony. He was amazing and I even got to hug him after the show , he was sweet and so kind. The venue was nice ( I went int hrough the vip area and didnt go out to the concessions so I dont know how that are is set up ) My only issue is that for customer service over the phone there is no one to talk to , there is a robot that redirects you to their website and I had an import reason for calling.

Purchasing advanced parking is a MUST and made it so much easier to park when we got there. The venue was perfect for The King & Country concert. The perfect amount of vendors selling food and merchandise! And the fans were exceptionally nice, polite, and great to be with that night! Such a GREAT concert! #ChristianityisaliveinAZ

First time at this venue. Purchased floor seats thinking they would be amazing and closer to the stage. What a mistake! We were in isle F row 6 for reference. Couldn’t see the stage at all once everyone stood up and the screens were so small on the sides with such poor quality. It was a dream of mine to see The Cure and I was heartbroken I missed out on so much of the show. Save yourself the heartache and buy the stadium seats, at least you will be able to see.
