Do not use this dealer. We purchased a car and after about 1500 miles it needs rear brakes. I called and spoke with a person who said his name was Glen. He told me to go ahead and file a complaint, so I did. Since they refuse to assist even though this is a safety issue as described by The AZ Department of Transportation. I am filing a complaint regarding this dealer with ADOT and the AZ Attorney General's office.
THIS DEALER IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL. DO NOT VISIT THEIR DEALERSHIP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!(

Find these guys on carguru when I was looking for my need jeep. Contacted them and asked questions about it. They were very helpful and up front on everything. When we hit a snag on my end they walked me through it and did everything they could to help me. These guys are great. Amazing experience and I will definitely be telling people about them

Actually, The Hermit is the name.
Just purchased a 2013 Toyota Rav4 EV, @ $3k below list price, from Jay and Chris, both great guys to do business with.
The Rav4 is as clean as a whistle;, looks and drives like new.
Chris kindly followed the instructions for properly testing the battery's health, as demonstrated on an identical Rav 4 EV, by an EV specialist on You Tube.
Jay had already emailed the sales contract and loan agreement for my inspection and approval.
Preferential, low interest financing, with a lower than normal down payment was already pre-approved.
I knew exactly what the deal was, before leaving my recliner.
When I arrived at a nearby Enterprise car rental, Chris picked me up with the Rav4 fully charged for the 160 mi trip home and we immediately took it for a test drive.
Knowing that I would need a long stop to recharge, Jay had all of the forms ready for my signature, which had me on the road within an hour (including some pleasant personal exchanges).
Needed lunch, before the trip. Chris directed me to a nearby free charging station for a topup and an excellent restaurant, within a short walk.
IMHO, car sales service couldn't be more efficient and pleasurable.

Back again on that jeep liberty. Checking the tires. I was suspecting that they were maybe even original tires. They had tread, but I couldn't find a date when they were made. Then I checked the spare tire Unfortunately, the spare side wall blow out. But that really is kind of a good thing. I drive that jeep down the expressway.It's seventy miles an hour. Figure if one tire is old enough to blow out. I got 3 more. That are ready to go at anytime.When Costco ordered new tires. Went from a 235 to 245. I'll post a picture after a good washed job. In new tires. So far very pleased. I think if I needed a truck, I would be going there first.
