The best part was the customer service. Tiffany was incredibly helpful, professional, calm and made the process of moving out unit 084 safely during these difficult weather conditions so Helpful Thank you the extend our move out deadline ! Gratefully appreciated. The storage space was great the facility is always kept clean and always felt safe at entry n exit !! Office hours are amazing convenient !! Thank you so much !!

Bid on an auction and won! Karen the property manager is very nice very helpful and accommodating due to the rain and trying to get merchandise out of the unit. Would definitely use them for storage or bid on another auction. Super easy to deal with in and out.

Karen (the store manger) went above and beyond to actually help us with our issues. She called back when she said she would and gave us real answers and soulutions. She stayed and helped until everything was resolved. I highly recommend this place.

Karran is Awesome! I absolutely love her. She has stayed in communication with me in regards to my unit if somebody pulls in and gets into it that is not me, well she contacts me to make sure I know... She is absolutely amazing. She keeps a close eye on the property even from home. She's on those cameras if something is off, she's on top of it. One day I had to be in there in the heat at my unit most of the day. She kept coming by every like 30 minutes or so just to make sure I was still alive and that I had plenty of water. Telling me I had to stay hydrated. This is the best storage places ever. I am so glad I met her. currently I am in the process of switching units to a smaller unit. She is helping me to to get the best price possible because I don't need The Big unit anymore because I've gotten rid of most of my stuff. She is always about helping the customer save money so if you need a unit come see Karran she's my storage gal... I'll share her with you!
