Aside from the fireworks constantly, it would be nice to have security around here from time to time. I think since no one from the office and maintenance live onsite, a collective group of residence should be appointed to discuss issues and what not, but that's just me.

Manager & staff are excellent! Owner not cool ridiculous rent increases last 3 years & no improvements in my street,
