Brought the car for the lyft routine service check but it took 3 hours. Car so new all it probably needed was a oil change and alignment. I arrived at 2:40 and was told they don't start taking lyft cars until 3pm, when I called other locations I was told this is the only one that operates like this. I had to basically hound the guy to at least just check me in at 2:55 so I can go chill elsewhere, even though my car was 2nd in line nobody even looked at it for the first 2 hours. Honestly I get it if they were slammed but they weren't. Then after 3 hours they handed back the keys but didn't mention any work that was done on the car. I wouldn't recommend rideshare drivers take their car here, and no way I would ever take my personal car either. Customer service: 4/10.

Granted I only came in for a Lyft inspection form for rideshare, but Matthew was very accommodating and helped me out quick even through they were pretty slammed! Thank you sir! I'll be bringing my car here for maintenance.

Apparently this place has “New Management” and they are trying to increase their profits. Went in for 2 new tires and the price went up per tire almost 20.00 from a few months ago. They were willing to price match the others but then decided to add an installation fee of 35.00 per tire. The guy said that he had to charge that due to new management. He said his guys don’t get paid if I don’t pay that. I then asked how long it would take and he said an hour. This means his guy gets paid 70.00 an hour? I went to another tire place less then 5 min away and received the same tires at 25.00 cheaper then the discounted price they were going to give me and their “installation fee” was at 15.00 a tire. I used to do all my business at this location but not anymore. I saved 90.00 by going elsewhere.

Tesla owners, stay away from this location for tires. I dont think they know how to deal with Tesla, even Manager does not know about it.
He quoted wheel alignment price while ordering tires, but after tires installation he said you need to go to tesla as our facility does not do alignment for Tesla.
you can see attached pictures for their work on tesla tires. very very disappointed with their work.
