Unfortunately, the haircut by Silvia was not the best. Ive been here previously and wanted to give them another opportunity but not only was the haircut terrible, but the customer service was even worst. I signed up for a digital coupon and so did my son. We obtained the coupon on different days and obviously on different emails. Great clips coupon had the same code so they wouldn't honor it. Fail on the marketing side, bait and switch, and poor customer service. The other hairstylist came in to argue instead of diffuse situation. There are other Great Clips which are friendlier and better at their job on 83rd and Indian School as well as 99th and McDowell. Even if its 3 to 5 minutes further, its worth the drive. Tried to give them another shot but do yourself a favor and stay away.

I moved here 3 1/2 years ago and I couldn’t find someone that would cut my hair the way I wanted it cut and finally I went to Great Clips in Glendale on Camelback and met Silvia. She always does a great job.

Store was clean and the ladies were very nice they even were aware when the music playing may have been unprofessional and inappropriate for the clientele and the did their best to change it

I’m not one to complain or let alone write a review. But this is crazy, I asked for the simplest thing you could ask for, just one length, with a frame. When I asked her to fix it she began to give me an explanation that had nothing to do with the back of her hair. Long story short she told me that the picture above is a result of her frame I asked for in the FRONT! Now to take her elsewhere to get it fixed is nuts to me!

New update : Unic has been our family hairstylist now, our whole family love getting haircut and styling from her. She is an expert and knows what she does.
Silvia was great with my 3yo, she was very patient and calming my kid though my kid was crying out loud. She gave a very good haircut. Thank you Silvia.

Terrible outcome for my 12 year old daughter yesterday. We went in to get 2 inches trimmed off the bottom of her very straight hair, nothing else. The stylist must not know measurements because she chopped off more like 3-4 inches from the start. THEN when she was finished with my daughter, I looked it over as I always do and it was so uneven. Like I’m not professional by any means, and I could tell that it wasn’t normal. Then she tried to convince me that the rounded sides was normal because they were strands from the front of her head. Sooo, what’s the reason for the strands on the under part being so short also?? Honestly, people should just admit that they don’t know how to cut female, male, long, short, straight, curly, etc. hair. My daughter was so unhappy and that’s hard because she’s a tween and didn’t want to cut her hair anyway. I promised it would only be a 2” trim. Well, now mom has to take responsibility for someone not being upfront and honest. Also, for someone that clearly shouldn’t be cutting the simplest of cuts yet. I’ve been disappointed before at this location over the years, but this is the last time we go there. I wish I’d taken before and after pics, but I didn’t.
