Very well managed Great Clips location. Fast moving, well coordinated, nice ambience and nice staff. Located within the complex has ample parking and waiting place. Easy online check in helps to save a bunch of time. Always have used coupon to save on charges. Great value, Great clips !

The stylist didn’t communicate at all, seemed like she was focusing on my hair bs talking. I attempted to ask questions, but didn’t get very far and she didn’t seem to be interested in opening up. Didn’t feel much appreciation, but she got the job done. I would’ve like to communicate more. But that’s just me. Used a coupon and was in store for about 20 min as a walk-in.

I told her I didnt want to lose length, just wanted the back shaped up to go into a slight a-line that was extra long in the front. She chopped it off into a way-too-short Karen haircut and I cried for hours afterward. I had to get expensive extensions because I regretted it so much. Better off paying a little more and go to a trusted salon or hair stylist that will LISTEN to what you want and not go rogue on you. Worst haircut experience of my adult life.

I visited this location with my daughter for quick haircuts and layering, and we were both extremely pleased with the experience. Stylists Jackie and Katie were not only skilled and attentive to our requests but also provided excellent customer service throughout our appointment. We enjoyed engaging, friendly conversations with them, and their professionalism was evident from start to finish. The results exceeded our expectations—our hair turned out even better than we had envisioned. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality service in a welcoming environment.

Katie the lady with tattoos gave me the best haircut I’ve ever received, she is very accurate on her measurements of what is discussed in being taken off. Honest and knowledgeable! You go girl!

Everytime i come they mess up my hair and make it look so uneven with my layers. Took my daughter to get a simple bang trim and the center is a open triangle. This was awful and the girl didnt seem happy i didnt give a tip

I requested 3 inches off. I left with 6+ inches removed. The man that did my hair confirmed the length and then proceeded to cut far and above that. You should have rulers at every station because 1 inch to your stylists must equal 3 inches.

Worst haircut ever!!! Jai started taking my cape off before even showing me the back but I noticed that the hair behind my ears was still bushy and asked him to take off a little more. He then proceeded to start cutting off more everywhere and I ended up with a pixie cut that isn't even blended well and a shorter chunk that I have to spray well so the longer hair covers it. I will be wearing my wig when going out. Please put a note in my record that I don't want him doing my hair ever again.

The worst hair cut in my life. If anyone values they way someone cuts there hair definitely stay away from the tattoo girl Katie. I was literally butchered. I must have been her first ever customer. It's going to take me 6 months of growing my hair out and good haircuts to return to normal. Now I have to go find someone to try and fix what little I have left. Since when is taking a half inch off turn into 6 inches? She really needs to find a new line of work cause haircutting isn't her thing. Maybe the circus is hiring.
