Right when I walked, the lady that was checking me in was extremely rude. Didn’t even want to sit in the chair with her and her bad attitude cause i knew she was going to mess up my hair. I didn’t get a single smile from her and I’m pretty sure the only word she was capable of saying was “ok.” I sat down in the chair and she awkwardly just stared at me and didn’t bother asking me what i wanted. I would assume you need social skills to work here but i guess that’s too much to ask for. She started out by combing my hair and didn’t even try to be gentle. After about a minute or less of combing, she tells me to do it myself. I’m not sure how in the world she thought that was a normal thing to ask because i’m not paying to give myself a haircut here. She tried handing me the comb and i immediately said i’m leaving. Pretty sure her name is Averie. Would give this place 0 if i could.

2nd worst haircut I've had, barely better than one I gave myself as a child. Asked for 1/4 inch off the top, she took well over 2 inches off. Top was extremely choppy and uneven afterwards. The fade up the sides is crooked too. I'd post a picture but honestly no one should have to see this haircut...

This lady in the picture is very rude!!! I watched her give everyone attitude that came in, even the children! A mother and her daughter walked back to her chair and this lady handed the mom the brush and told her, “you need to brush her hair” and then once the mother was done this lady continued to brush her hair and pull on this little girls hair hard enough to where her head was pulled all the way back.
Unfortunately, she had called my son’s name and I told her I would wait for the next person. She then proceeded to call his father’s name and I told her again we will wait. She threw hands up at me, walks back to her chair and falls asleep, ignoring the next customer that walked in!! Picture below is of her sleeping!
Besides this lady, the other two ladies were very sweet, patient, and did a great job.
