“This is the 2nd time I'm using Floor & Decor. They have a great selection of flooring which makes this a one-stop shop. In addition, they have designer services as well. We had several questions on our downstairs tile and how to match that with new laminate for the upstairs. We worked with a designer named Dee Dee. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was honest and offered her expertise on what would work best with our existing flooring and how to address our stairs, which is currently carpeted. If you need flooring and especially if you need designer services, I highly recommend working with Dee Dee. You will not regret it.”

“My wife and I visited our local Sleep Number store primarily to look for a mattress that might help me with my chronic low back pain. We were helped by Mr. Greg Schwab. After a discussion of what we were trying to achieve, as well as my back issues, he showed us several mattresses and the two he recommended. He spent at least an hour with us, showing us the features of the mattresses as well as the bases (mostly with us, laying on the beds and experiencing how the mattress felt in various positions). Two of the positions he showed me for back and side sleeping actually resulted in me having no pain during that time. He also explained all the features to us, as well as the current sale prices. I felt that his knowledge of the product was excellent, and there was never any “hard sell”.
We visited several other bed manufacturer stores and were much less impressed with their representatives, but also their demonstration of their products. In addition, I didn’t experience resolution of my back pain while on their products.
We ultimately purchased a Sleep Number bed with an adjustable frame, but we have not yet received it. Perhaps I will update my review after we’ve had the bed for a while.

“The women who work here are seriously the sweetest and kindest women I've encountered at a store. My daughter and her friend went in to use a gift card for my daughter's birthday and they had gone inside before me... i entered the store and saw one of the workers talking to them and I'm like oh no. But as i got closer, i heard both kids say thank you so much and they came over to show me that the lady gave them these handmade keychains with their initials after hearing it was my daughter's birthday and that her friends birthday was at the end of the month and the lady and her shared the same bday. It was such an incredible gesture of kindness and they treat everyone, no matter their age, with such respect and care. They also have the best selection of Kendra Scott jewelry and the biggest Jellycat stuffed animals selection that I've seen!! Love this place so much”

“Everybody here is helpful and wants to do a good job. Recently had to return a $300 blower that was less than a year old and wasn't sure if they would take it back. Bre at the return desk looked at every option and was able to exchange it for me and the entire process was pleasant and seamless. I felt like I was back in the days of good customer service, and to get it from a big box store was even more impressive. Thank you for actually taking care of your customers”
“We purchased a patio dining table set about two years ago from this location.We chose a set made by Mallen and wanted quality, so we paid for it.Thankfully, it came with a 14-year warranty which we just used after two years of ownership.We also liked the idea that if we ever had an issue, we could work directly with the store to get things fixed.Unfortunately, we had to make a claim (no fault of Today's patio) and they quickly approved our request and sent us new chairs today.The delivery drivers (AJ (Aaron) and Jon) called ahead and showed up on time. They introduced themselves, shook my hand and were very professional. It was quickly determined what was loaded on their truck didn't pass inspection. 3/6 of the chairs arrived with damage so we're hoping the next delivery is better.I have no doubt all will work out since they have been great to work with from the start.”

“I have been looking for flowers to do a couple of arrangements and had almost given up. I went to Hobby Lobby and Jo Annes and could not find anything that didn't look fake. When i walked in Discount Silk Flowers, i was immediately greeted and the owner helped me find flowers for my project. She even put them together by bending the bunches and showed me how to arrange them. I was done shopping in 10 minutes!
