Always has friendly employees. Pretty well stocked. This particular visit, Nettie at Pro desk remembers us, always informs us if Pro is having sales or upcoming events, which is really cool. Also, Andrew was so super helpful and sweet to get us two storage bins and extra lids from up on a very top shelf, never complained, he is the one to see them up there and offered to get them, way cool and provided great customer service.

We bought a dryer from BestBuy and washer from Home Depot. We absolutely hated our new set, it's not like you can test it out on the show floor and after spending so much $ on an appliance, one tends to see if we can adjust and grow to like it. We were able to return our dryer to Bestbuy with no fee to me 13 days after delivery. Home Depot's major appliance return window is apparently 24hrs. Considering the competition sells many of the same models, there is no incentive to buy your appliances from Home Depot. You can get the exact same item exact same price elsewhere with a 2 week return window. I just wish I knew that sooner! I hope I helped you avoid a costly mistake!

A Home Depot employee was extremely rude to my family and I as we were walking down the main aisle. The Home depot employee was gathered in the middle of the aisle with other customer and a couple other Home depot employees. We said excuse me as we were approaching and instead of moving aside letting us pass, he scolded us and rudely said we could go around to the other side of the aisle. The customers that were with him were kinder than he was and moved to the side. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers that are simply trying to walk by. They should #1 be respectful to everyone and #2 not be blocking the entire aisle if not necessary. They were all just conversing at the time.
