So the store had some remodeling / expansion.
This created more merchandise space, great.
BUT... cashier station is too close to the front of the store and creates huge check out line delays. Workers seem very disorganized in this area of the store.
Almost need a full time mo store to organize the cashier area / check out line.
So still needs work on those busy weekend days.

Finally checked out the new Hot Topic remodel and loved it! The store is so much more spacious and comfortable to get around. There was a lot of great new merch. My son picked out two toys since they had a buy one get one 30% off sale right now.

This store is totally adorbs! I love their cute socks and leg warmers. They also have fun accessories like hair ties. I also found cool backpack styles that I haven't seen elsewhere. They also sell cute loungewear too. Totally a fan of this store!

I was told from one other employees. Do they get a decent amount of funkos chases save for the inauguration of the second level store.. And it was a lie, they didn't have any, everything was old. Nothing worth 4 hours waiting outside... So disappointed.

7/23/25, I was here with my fiancé, and among the other problem he just left his own review about, we were checked out by a cashier who clearly didn’t know what they were doing. Honestly, most everyone in the store seemed extremely inexperienced and made the checkout process a hassle. After what we had already just dealt with, this cashier was VERY slow, and insisted on folding the 2 shirts I was buying, even though I specifically told them NOT to because of how long they were taking. They told me they “had to” fold them. I don’t think that should be the case if the customer is requesting something reasonable. Then they took out a bag, receipt, put them IN the bag, painstakingly slowly once again. I swear this whole ordeal took at least 5 minutes longer than it should’ve, I don’t know why they had an attitude.

My brother and I came in a few days ago and he purchased two shirts. I forgot her name, but the beautiful girl with long hair and glasses was so sweet to give my brother a discount on his shirts. Truly made his day since it was for his upcoming trip.

My family and I went to this Hot Topic location to buy some cute overalls and mom jeans, but they didn’t have it in my size. James and Ambrosia searched the entire store and when it wasn’t in stock, they were incredibly helpful in placing an order online and getting it delivered to an even closer HT location! I am very grateful for the effort they put towards assisting us! Thank you so much!
