Neverending issue at this store, always out of the most common products, so obviously product inventory, and restock ability is beyond this stores capability, because it happens all to often there! Tonight 3/4" sch40 pvc slip/slip ball valve (nope), alternate at 3x that price! 3/4" sch40 m-adpter (nope) couple empty bags in that bin! alternate 9x the price for sch80! purchassd nothing! Waste of time going there! When you need material for quick fix, don't waste your time! I suggest home depot, lowes!!!!

Walked by at least 6 employees, was not acknowledged by any. I purchased fertilizer and was looking for a tabletop patio heater. When I couldn't find them I asked the cashier, who radio'd and was told "they're mixed in throughout the patio stuff." I was already frustrated after being ignored so I prob missed it on my walk about through the "patio stuff." I gave up and went to pay for my fertilizer. The cashier asked about me finding it and I said no, I don't have time for a scavenger hunt. She was apologetic and nice overall. Because if her and the store is always clean and seems well stocked I'm leaving 3 stars.
I prob won't be returning if I can find what I need at a different Ace.

I went to this location to exchange two sprinkler control valves that I had purchased at another Ace location. I was not aware that that was not possible because stores are not connected. The manager was nearby and the clerk asked him. The manager said no it was not possible! I would have to return the valves to the location they were purchased. I asked where the sprinkler control valves were. As I was walking back to isle 9 to look for the valves I needed, was about isle 3 and the manager said "No frikkin way" to the clerk. Had I not needed the valves tonight, I would have left the store. The sales clerk sold me the valves and apologized for the manager's remarks after I told him I heard what he said. As I left, the manager said something to me like have a good evening, or something like that. I told him I heard what he said and that I won't be shopping there again. I then left and Donnie , I'm not sure if that was his name, probably could care less!

The loss prevention associate made the experience awkward. He doesn't deserve all the credit because the other employees were on the same level. The vibe is off for an Ace, not a fan of this place.

I needed a new handle for my toilet because it was running. I was able to get assistance right in the door. I met the associate in plumbing and showed him my video of my toilet handle and he showed me several handles and referred me to YouTube for an instructional video. It was a breeze to install once we figured out that the old handle unscrewed the traditional lefty loosy. Under 15 replacement. Thanks Ace Hardware
