I went in and had Sammy file my taxes for me on 2/1/2022. I still have not received max refund and I have called him but the only answer I get is "the IRS is behind". Why are my friends and family getting their tax refundsand they filed way after me. From what I see it is better off taking your taxes to another place so you dont go thru what I'm going thru.

I came here for help with my taxes but was told that they couldn't help me. Apparently helping me calculate cost basis from my transaction statements isn't something they can do.
