I spoke to Teresa who was extremely condescending and rude. Had zero empathy or compassion for my situation. I did not even want to speak to her. I specifically asked to speak to a tax professional yet she kept telling me she could help. I was nothing but polite on the phone. I was trying to get clarification on my situation on how to proceed and her backhanded comments were unnecessary. I’m so glad the phone call was recorded because I will be letting H&R Block be aware of this call. Everyone is stressed and going through a lot but if you can’t have basic phone etiquette you shouldn’t be answering the phones. I feel like this whole process has been awful from the beginning. I will steer clear from this establishment for future.

I recently went into this location to have my taxes done and had a completely wonderful experience. I worked with tax expert Gabriela Sanchez. She was wonderful really made me feel comfortable. Treated me like family and knew exactly what she was doing. No complaints at all besides the manager taking personal phone calls but not answering the company phone during this time and me being able to hear the conversation lol 😂 other than that there were no complaints for me. Thank you Gabriela you truly made my experience great and I will be working with her from here on out every tax season !!!!

Pat Hahka is the ONLY reason I return to H&R Block each year. She provides amazing guidance on how to handle my taxes and ensures she reviews all changes in my financial situation. She is amazing and has put my entire family in a better financial position with her knowledge and experience.

Worst experience at this location pat did not know what she was doing and i had a 7 p.m appointment wasnt getting called to the back till close to 8.pm complete waste of time
