A tax return and amendment has taken 3 hours and the tax specialist has needed help from their coworker 4 times.
They told me I need to send the amendment myself because if they try it, it brings up a red button and doesn’t let them, but if they choose the print option it comes up green so that’s why I need to send the amendment.
This makes no sense to me, that’s why I went to H and R block.
