It's been about 10 months that I've been getting my loc Maintenance from here and in that time 4 different people have done my hair at this point for me I've made decisions that this last time was my last simply because I like consistently and that goes with the price as well it's constantly going up and for what the owners are never there I got my loc interlock and when I came this time I couldn't get done again because t he doesn't know how to do it I couldn't get a style on my locs because they had no rubber bands and I'm so bummed out because when I first came to the shop it was brand new and I love it the owner was there doing hair now he has ppl. In there who can only do basic wash retwist. Don't get me started on pricing 10 months ago $75 now $130 for a retwist and wash I understand pricing changes because of inflation but the level of service has changedServices: Dreadlocks

My loc technician was very fast!! He was very great In spirits also!! He is new from Seattle !! I just wanted you to know I love my hair!! He is the only person able to do my Locs from now on!! ?

I contacted this studio for LOC extensions.I was given a quote after asking a long list of questions including location time and date. I gave an approximate number of locs.Several days before I was sent three calendar invitations with the wrong time and date, which I emailed and asked about. I was sent corrections..However on the day of, I arrived at the address only to be told I was at the wrong address. I waited 45 minutes for my stylist to arrive after she tried to argue me down despite sending her screenshots of her own confirmations. Upon her arrival she asked for the $1300 balance which was her policy (not shown anywhere). She was rude until she realized this was a deal breaker for me, then conceded to answer my remaining questions before I was able to pay and she could begin. As we came close to the end, she told me she was short on locs. She had only brought the exact number of locs. I asked her to combine the locs and style them .She proceeded to rush through my hair so that she could attend her book club.Two days later I undid the style to discover my entire crown undone. She had not combined the locs, she had not informed me of the style issue, she had not made an appointment to finish the service. She simply hid the unfinished work in a style. She was unreachable until the next day, and then refused to book until the weekend. The day of our appointment she informed me that she had an emergency and needed to move our appointment. Avoid this stylist and the business Fine Dreadlocks of Arizona unless you plan to recoup your funds in court.

Great customer service but my service was not worth what I paid. It untwisted later in the day paid $85 for 2 or 3 hours which was supposed to last two or three weeks

The Owners are So Nice! Very kind and generous people! They made my daughter feel special and really interacted with her the whole time. The vibe is cool as well. We will be back and thanks for giving my daughter her amazing birthday color, maintenance, and style!Service: Dreadlocks

Very rude / disrespectful , I've never experienced being treated like trash before I stepped foot in this "business".I would never recommend due to the terribly inconsistent / low quality customer service I experienced with the owner .

I don't recommend this business due to the owner does not hold her stylists accountable when they miss appointments. I selected a time in advance and blocked out my schedule to get my hair done. I made the appointment at least a month prior. I get to the shop- door is lock. It took 30-45 minutes after me texting the owner to gain a response to why the stylist wasn't there. Per the stylist Tamia, she overslept due to personal conflicts at home. She requested I return the next day with a free hot oil's treatment (I guess I was supposed to jump for joy about this) as if I don't work. I looked for times in both her schedule and the owner Darnishia's schedule to reschedule outside my work hours- nothing. I would have to wait another month before I could get in as I had my one clients ( I am a clinician working in my own private practice) scheduled. When requesting my $40 deposit back because I did not miss nor canceled- I get crickets. Please be mindful if THEY miss the appointment- NOTHING HAPPENS. You will be inconvenienced to return again or lose your deposit. See the policy below- zero stylist accountable for missing the appointment,

I had a Loc Class with Darnisha of Finedreads. This was the best experience! We learned everything from products to starter locs. Darnisha is the most patient and informative person ever. She is truly a blessing and an amazing person. Thank Darnisha for assisting me through this love journey.
