I was just reminded of the time my son couldn't just go inside to buy something while I waited outside. Haven't been back and won't go again nor have I given them much thought in the meantime.
I kinda feel like I left this review before so I won't be surprised if it disappears.

The person at the register was very good about knowing the inventory of candy she had there it is pricey but I think some of it has to do with how everything has gone up in price ...so if you decide to stop by remember it's like 6 to 8 dollars for an ounce of bulk candy.... But I think it's a pretty fair price will stop again ..I have to pick up some pop rocks...

This candy shop had candy that I would buy as a child, but it was too high for me. But as a kid it was nice buying candy for 10cent and now almost 5.00😁

I am NEVER and when I mean NEVER one to complain or to write reviews I mean it, today while walking around Westgate after eating I always enjoy walking in this store, honestly something I can never leave without seeing. However, I did know the store closes at 10pm, I was aware that when I entered it was around 10-10:7pm, when I entered the store I had no intentions to buy anything just to walk around the store or maybe buy something that catches my eye but it is rare because of the prices, when I walked in with the small group of people I was with, the cashier on the right when you walk in, after about 4 seconds, she had quite a bad attitude about the store being closed, not to mention once she was done saying that, she didn’t necessarily give us a dirty look but smirked and I’m not one to care but I genuinely felt like the employee didn’t have right tone to speak to those who hope or want to walk into the store, we all go through things, but the attitude that was given was honestly not it. A little detail I did not mention was, there was at least 10 or maybe more customers in that store walking around and taking their time which is why I thought it wouldn’t hurt to walk around and then leave because nothing was said to them, overall i could care less of how i’m talked to but that isn’t a way on how to speak to anyone at all when there are plenty of other customers in the store doing the same thing I intended to do.

Husband and I got there about opening time. They were running a little late, but only a few minutes. The gentleman working was super helpful, and explained how things worked with the bulk candies, and was happy to answer any questions. Very personable, and professional. I also love that they are working with the Make A Wish Foundation.

Every time I go to West Gate I have to stop here..lol I only purchase the container or cups when they have them when I do come because other than that it’s a rip off if u buy by the pound. My kids were looking for this certain candy from YouTube and we did find it here.

I was in here with my boyfriend getting candy today around 8:30 and as we were shopping we did get a sample of the candy we are getting (the sign in the front says free samples) as we are still browsing around a big white lady walked into to the store and was yelling across the store mentioning something about us getting a sample of the candy. 1st of all with her big self she do notttttt need to be getting loud with me at a CANDY STORE she could’ve talked to me more politely. Besides that mess of a woman, the candy is great and the other lady working at the register was very nice.
