I ordered a A sourdough Jack meal with large curly fries.In a diet coke.As there was nobody in front of us.I thought that we would get our food quick. Unfortunately this was not the case. We ended up waiting more than twelve minutes for our food. When I arrived home I noticed that they gave me the wrong order. They gave me Some type of double stacked hamburger. The curly fries were aold and super crunchy. The diet coke was even flat. Extremely poor service and quality of food.

If I could leave nagitive stars I would. I ordered online AND PAID. They messed up my order by FORGETTING part of our order. We have now been in the drive theu for over 15 minutes in line. SMH Next time I go else where.

Worst service . 20 minutes and you have to complain before you get your food. I will never visit this Jack in the box again.

I purchased food using the app. It was sent to the wrong location, and although I showed my receipt and called the store where my order was sent, and they verified that I indeed had an order there, the location I was at was not able to help with an order of just two burgers and also told me there was nothing they could do about a refund. I’d suggest not using the app and check your bags at the drive thru. Jacks isn’t like it use to be.

3/3/24 18:00 returned to store because my online order had some missing items. The gentleman in charge remade my whole order and let me keep the old one. Really respectful and with a smile. 10/10 service.

All around, terrible...store location in an area with homless people, the food below average, always have to pull to the side and wait even when it's not busy and Employees on their phones when you pull up to the drive-thru register...last resort type of place NEVER an option.

It wasn't busy but staff was very busy with drive through. The service has improved, the breakfast was good. The manager was shaming her employees in Spanish. That was not cool. There was only 3 other staff and they were working hard while their manager was bitching them out. Doesn't matter what language it's on? You just don't do that in front of customers.
