This was my first year doing ny taxes with Jackson Hewitt. I sat down with Quiana and she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She managed to get my taxes done in a timely manner.

I've filed with Jackson Hewitt the past 3 years, and this location is by far the best experience I've had! I was helped by the office manager of this location Quiana and she was very friendly and patient as she helped me even through the technical difficulties. Highly recommend this location for your taxes.

Ladies are nicely organized, very polite, helpful and very much lied to me with stating that I will receive $1900 rounded down but instead I got $1600. It's emotional and frustrating being lied to in your face especially when I am going through depression

Made an appointment and so far have been sitting here without service for already an hour past my appointment time and still have not received service. I get things get busy but this is a ridiculous wait with poor planning. An appointment scheduled ahead of time is not a surprise, it's not like they didn't know I was coming. While the one representative here wasn't rude, there wasn't an apology issues at all and no sense or urgency to respect my time. Once helped though, my tax representative was fast and very knowledgeable
