My smoothie had no sugar whatsoever, and was very icy. Wasn't the first time I've been disappointed by Jamba. It's disheartening, because they were one of my favorites going to the mall. But they keep raising prices on their drinks every time I go back, and the quality ends up becoming more miss than hit. Goodbye Jamba.

I didn't catch the young girl's name that was working there tonight, but she has long pretty black hair and she is petite and I just wanted to tell her thank you so much for the amazing service tonight. You made this mom's whole day better by your kindness.

Had some things to get done in the mall today and decided to stop for a drink. I love Jamba, but don’t get it very often. Service was good and our drinks were ready quickly. Everything tasted great and I was on my way. Not much of a vibe here since it’s basically wide open in the middle of the food court. If you love to people watch this is a great spot.

A smile, a greeting and a thank you goes a long way!Come on girls, greet a customer upon arrival and at least pretend you’re happy they keep your job going. Drinks and speed of service are good, but service can totally be improved.

Slow day at the Mall and really SLLOOOWWW service and response to Customers here at the Arrowhead Mall. Looking at receipt the cashier guy's name is Broc B who loves talking to the girl making the shakes/bowls. I think if they are getting paid by how much they talk to each other vs Customers, they are making a pretty penny.Will probably not get Jamba here anymore as there are other choices....they can close this kiosk and maybe Broc and Co will gel better at Hot Topic.

I have came here a couple of times to purchase my all time fave drink and every time the girl who takes my order. Isabella, messes it up. ON PURPOSE she will purposely make it bad and give me so much attitude after. When I asked for a refund I never got them and I had recently found out she wasn't even returning my money. When I went to confront them she said she didn't even know how to do a refund not just that but her and her little friends would sit there and laugh. I asked to speak to the manager and not even HE could give me a refund bc he didn't know how. I do not recommend going to this place ever again it's just a whole bunch of teenagers running the place with no real experiences.

My daughter ordered a green smooth. Very bad tasting. They left on break left and never came back.Angela says their corporate office doesn’t have the number! Very very unprofessional! My goodness get some real people who want to work. This lady said there’s no manager. No corporate number. I would like this remade for my daughters birthday gift.

Employees too busy talking to each other. The cashier which was the lady sitting in the counter took my order just the way she's sitting right there. Bad service! Didn't even smile or say thank you!

First of all if I could I would leave zero stars. So to start off there was three employees working and someone at the counter that was just standing there. I was waiting in line, so I thought, and then was told at 8:15pm on Tuesday night April the 11th that we were closed. So I checked Google to see if that was true and it said 9pm. So I then walked back up there and said google shows you’re open until 9 and one girl said we’re out of stock and then the other chimed in and said those hours are wrong. So to the owner your employees are running your business into the ground and could have maid another 50 dollars off of me and the other customer that was in front of me that were closed. So I stayed until close to 9 and they’re all still standing around talking to their friend. Just some insight on your awesome employees you have. Hopefully this opens your eyes so you can get some people in there that care about your business like you do.
