Arrowhead location review. I just went this morning as was very disappointed with the plus size department. I was looking for knit, loose fitting capri workout pants. All they had were tight yoga pants. Then I went to look at sneakers. They had some nice Adidas shoes on sale. The only problem was that none of them were priced. Of course when I looked for a sales associate, there weren't any around. Next time I guess I'll shop online.

I have had it with the jewelry department. I've called about 12 times over the last 6 weeks and sit and it just rings and rings and im just trying to ask a question now its actually time to get my ring according to their so called paper and still can't get anyone to answer doesn't matter what time of day. Then if you do get someone they are so dang rude don't want to do their job let alone look something up. If someone already spent money with you and is just truly checking on it it's because they want to wear it. The gentleman who helped me said it could even be here by me years well nice sales pitch it's way past. Do better im extremely disappointed

I went in to purchase a cross for my special needs adult son and the man at the counter showed little interest in wanting to help me and another customer even commented on how i should go to another store to have ring sizing done. I honestly felt like

and was shunned because of the way she looked. I think the customer service was very poor and rude
i was able to purchase what i was looking for at dillards and will no longer shop at pennys

The older middle eastern woman with short hair and glasses was extremely rude to me and my disabled son when he was touching a cart she had next to her. He did not move it at all and she snapped at him and told him to leave. She was taking her time scanning 4 items and when my son came back she would just glare at him. She ended up just shoving the bag at me and walked away.

My mother in law and I were being treated by my husband. We chose JC Penny's to get our hair done. My hair was almost to my butt and I just wanted a simple service with baliage and maybe 2 inches off and long layers. First pic is before and that is after.... So they took way too long applying foils, over 45 minutes, from bottom to top, by the time the lady put me under the dryer my hair was sitting way too long, and by the time she pulled them out she even said she messed up and fried my hair but it's okay because, she was planning on hair cut anyways... The whole appt went from 9 am to 4pm in the afternoon. I came back the next day to have some treatment done and to cut off the cotton candy hair they created. Luckily I got a refund but they tried to fix it and cut my hair off, like at least 5 inches or more... I don't know what to do with this hack job and I'll never return..... If u have long hair and want services , avoid this place

It's grown out a little, the pic I took today is the one with the purple shirt... but yea the experience was terrible! I loved my long hair and don't like the short hair on me personally and it's zero percent what I wanted, they even added a reddish color on top of the uneven damaged blonde which I appreciate,but it's not flattering to me .. My mom n law will not be returning either because they fried her hair as well, she just didn't complain ..... She's been needing to put coconut oil at her end daily since...

Came in the salon for a walk in appointment at 1:00pm for haircut and blow dry. The front desk didn't acknowledge me at all and pretended like I wasn't standing right in front of them. After 5 mins of standing directly in front of the counter she acknowledges me. She could have said I’ll be with you in a moment, but nope just acted like I wasn’t there while interacting with our guest.( Not a great feeling or experience) I made an appointment she said it would be 30 mins wait. It has now been over 3 hours, no phone call or follow up about my appointment today. I went back into the store asked for an update, she said oh 15 more mins. That 15 mins turned into a 3 hr wait. And guess what no one STILL has not called about my appointment today. I don’t know if this salon doesn’t want to deal with all hair types ( I’m African American) but if that’s the case don’t put off customers and give them wrong wait times to deture them from getting services in your salon, and have them wait hours after you said it’ll be 30 mins. This was a disgusting experience it’s 2024 and we should not have these types of experiences and treatment when it comes to hair types and racism. All she had to do was give an a correct estimate on a wait time. I will be sharing this dehumanizing experience to my TikTok. SMH
