I have my ring sent out every January for rhodium dipping. This time I also mentioned I had a sharp prong that needed fixed but the young girl employee only said “hopefully when it comes back that will be fixed” but didn’t notate the problem so of course when I went to pick it up the prong was still sharp. I expressed disappointment and the new employee I spoke with said she would rush the ring out and back. Well when I went to pick up my ring this evening, the ring was lost! Three employees had to search for forty minutes to find it. Then when they finally did they said it was under the wrong name and then made it seem like I was being melodramatic for panicking because they lost my wedding ring. Would not recommend this location as they do not care about the customer.

1 star review changed to a 5 star review. DO NOT BUY JEWELRY ONLINE FROM THE KAY WEBSITE, you will get charged way too much. Go into the Arrowhead location and find Sam or one of the other great sales people, they will get you the best price possible on whatever you want.

I went in on December 8th with my older brother to place an order for an online exclusive necklace for our mom for Christmas. I don't quite remember the associate's name who helped us, but she proved to be disappointing because she never placed the order. She had me fill out all my information on the iPad after I told her what necklace we wanted. She took my card details and everything and even asked if we wanted the warranty they offer which we said yes. she said the ring would get there today, the 22nd. Perfect! Except, the order was never placed. Never got a confirmation email and my card was never charged. I do understand its my fault for not following up a week after, and it is the holiday season, but im still upset that she never did her job. It's unfortunate having to give a bad review especially when i had a great experience not long before with Randy who helped me replaced a lost stone on a ring i received last Christmas, but I am frustrated and upset. Seems only Randy knows what he's doing and how to be helpful. Next time I should ask for him instead.

I wanted to propose to my girlfriend But had no idea what ring to buy. Went to Kay Jewelers and within 20 minutes I was walking out with exactly what I needed. The salesman Michael Erlry was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, plus I got a really good deal on the ring. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

My bf and I came here to try on different engagement ring styles & look at different diamond options but left feeling disappointed and pressured to purchase. It took a bit of asking to get someone to help us and when we found someone, we gave them an idea of the styles we were looking for. While the selection was amazing, the service was subpar.We let the sales rep and (I think) one of the managers know that budget was not a concern and we were just looking to try on a couple of styles and get a feel for what we like. They kept asking for what our budget was after we kept letting them know we don’t have a budget and are willing to spend a very decent amount for what we like. They kept talking about all the sales and discounts and were putting rings on my finger that were “budget friendly” and that are 30% off. I pointed out a couple rings that I liked and they put a “better” ring on my finger (that was a style I mentioned I didn’t like), saying it was 30% off and if we bought same day they would give us an additional discount (while repeatedly winking) but that we may not get certain discounts anymore if we didn’t buy that week. We kept saying price is not a concern. At the least, we were not even offered to get my finger sized.The experience felt weird and left a bad taste in our mouths as it seemed like they just wanted a quick sale and were not listening to us :(

I had a bad experience with a custom ring I purchased from Weisfield jewlers a few years back, where the stones kept falling out. The ring was probably in the shop more than it was on my finger. Weisfield closed and Kay took over the warranty on my account. After many returns to be fixed through Kay Jewelerys, Michael Erley became the manager at this location and realized how many times this ring had been in the shop. Michael wanted to do something about it!! With his involvement, my ring was rebuilt. It is absolutely gorgeous and I feel that the team at Kay Jewelers definitely has the customers back and Michael went above and beyond to make it right with me!! I can not thank him enough! Kay has earned a customer for life with me and my family!!
