I was returning an Amazon package, which has provided that service. Look carefully for signs directing you to the desk. BTW, ent we r the facility,walk to the far left aisle, walk right, and the desk isn't marked but is near the shoes. Good luck

Bad first: very very warm in the store no a.c. felt anywhere. Don't like the unisex dressing rooms thats CREEPY. And no workers around to keep people safe.
I was able to find what I was looking for though.

I shop at Kohl's because it is a clean store, usually I can find what I am looking for, returns are easy when necessary. I seem to miss the coupon buys but prices are still okay.

Bought bath towels that left so much fuzz on other things as well. Kohls is a terrible place to shop. They are overpriced and the selections are equally awful and ugly. Don’t waste your time or money. I only shopped because I was given a gift card. Asked for department manager and her attitude was atrocious. Had the nerve, after I told her my issue, to ask me “so what are we doing”. Obviously a refund dummy lol

Went to Kohl's to return Amazon products.
Amazon line had 30 to 40 people in line!!!!
The Amazon return area needs more people working to help the customers!

1 STAR FOR THE AMAZON RETURN LINE AND THE KOHL'S RETURNS. AMAZON JUST GO TO A UPS STORE BC YOU'LL BE IN LINE FOR 30 MINUTES OR MORE THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME IF STAFF IS JUST SCANNING A RETURN PACKAGE. STAY AWAY OR RISK IT AND TRY YOUR LUCK.

Two days before Christmas and only two cashiers!! Stood in line for over 35 minutes for two items. Same line for returns and purchases. The cashier was nice, but why do they not have more of them?!?!? TWO CASHIERS TOTAL! Why didn’t a manager step in to help? Major waste of time.

My birthday is this month and I call Sephora to ask if I can retrieve my gift at this location. The manager “Bren” is speaking as in a way that she is being rushed with my first question. Then proceeds to talk to another person ( I presume a customer)over me and hangs up on me. I called back and asked why did she hang up? She said she was busy. When I asked for her manager she responded “ I am the manager.” As if it was okay to be rude and dismissive. Ultimately she has no birthday samples there and directed me to the closest mall.

Immaculate store, well-stocked, good deals! Unfortunately, they have eliminated the check-out registers at the back entrance/exit. Everything is now centralized at the front Customer Service station, making for quite a mess. We dread going back and will leave immediately if we see another nightmare at the front as we did last time.
