“I have been using their services for 10 years. I have always received quality service at fair prices. It is a family-owned shop and have always had a pleasant customer service experience. For the people that had a bad customer service experience my assumption is they came in the shop with a bad attitude or an heir of entitlement. Ask yourself how would you respond if someone spoke to you that way.

“I came in as I'm from out of town. I had to wash before I went home. This place is clean as can be. Not anything on the floors. Machines are clean dust free and all Shiney. This place is well taken care of. I had to ask for help a few times cause stupid me didn't read. But the lady Patricia was so helpful and she didn't treat me like I was stupid cause I didn't read. “Nice and clean. Attendant is very nice and always helpful. The only issue is the dryers don’t work properly. You can use a dryer and it works great, the next time same dryer leaves it like it was just out of the washing machine.
Need to have all dryers serviced.”
