“Christina is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I’m from Wash Bodega in Houston, and I reached out to learn from the best laundromats in the country. Christina was generous with her time, positive, and very open about what makes Tip Top Laundry successful: great customer service, greeting every customer, and creating a welcoming experience. It is easy to see why so many customers love this place and mention the team by name. Thank you, Christina, for being so kind and inspiring other laundromat owners to raise the standard.”

“I have been using them for a long time, maybe since 2012 or longer? They have always been professional, courteous, and accessible. Even when I needed quick turnarounds due to work travel, they helped accommodate me. In the past I even asked if they could resolve some buttons, stains, or loose threads. I've never had a problem, never lost any clothin. This includes garments for my wife. I wish them all the best and hope they stick around for many more years.”

“Diana was so helpful, friendly, personable, and professional . She was working when I came in to do laundry and this place was SO CLEAN, SMELLED GOOD, and she offered assistance, even though she was working .She was well dressed, had her makeup done, her hair was neat, and she greeted me with a beautiful smile. Once I got my laundry and also asked if I was okay and I said Yes, all good!”
