“I have been using their services for 10 years. I have always received quality service at fair prices. It is a family-owned shop and have always had a pleasant customer service experience. For the people that had a bad customer service experience my assumption is they came in the shop with a bad attitude or an heir of entitlement. Ask yourself how would you respond if someone spoke to you that way.

“The place is clean and inviting. I use the wash and fold service and I have for some years. Lately Bailey has been handling my laundry and I have to say the improvement is vast. Every time I walk in she's cleaning. She listens and follows instructions. 5 Stars always. Thank you”
“Nice and clean. Attendant is very nice and always helpful. The only issue is the dryers don’t work properly. You can use a dryer and it works great, the next time same dryer leaves it like it was just out of the washing machine.
Need to have all dryers serviced.”
