Went in with only a little bit of knowledge but I knew I wanted a sub. He told me a bit about the subs they were selling and explained the differences. He didn’t try to sell me on anything other than what I said I wanted. Set up an appointment for the next day and put down a small deposit. I’ll admit I was a little nervous to be having this done on my brand new 2023, but he assured me they wouldn’t damage my vehicle and said they were comfortable with the entire installation (yes I asked). He said it was a 3-4 hour wait but they got it done in about 90 minutes. He made sure to let me know my options and wasn’t pressuring me to get something more expensive. He also accurately answered all questions I had professionally, even if they were stupid questions. When they finished he gave me a quick demo and filled me in on any information I should know. After that I paid and went on my way! The install looks great, no weird wires hanging out, everything was tucked away nicely, no scratches or plastic panels damaged or left poking out and the speaker does sound really great ?? 10/10 would recommend someone getting subs installed here. Great job

Terrible service. I came in and got an alarm system. They explained that one of my actuator for my door was bad and that i needed a new one for $120 plus $80 labor. I wasn't convinced that it was bad because it was working prior and decided not to go with it. 6 months later, my alarm was not locking the doors. I returned and was talking to the cashier lady and salesman about it. They had some attitude, and the way I was treated, I just left and went to another spot. The other spot fixed all issues, and my actuator did work. Be careful of ledezmas, they will con you into things if ignorant. I do not recommend this place.

They did a excellent job for me on my car . The sound is what I was looking for . Thank you for making this dream car a dream weaver . I will definitely bring back for more work . They were very good about getting it done on time for my car to be put in a car show . Led lights and all . Thank guys 10 stars .

he had good customer service with me but definitely rubbed me wrong when i paid for something there and fir my car to sit there fir hours and a small portion of work get done on it. i had to come back 3 separate times to do everything i wanted to do and says he used his sound deadner but all over my trunk is only the sound deadner i bought and gave to them to install… after that i get my car home and notice that where they took the box out hit my number and chipped my paint in my brand new car… very u professional look on the company when u are making customers pay for something they are not getting. he was very helpful with everything but just really unprofessional look and i would suggest getting more work driven people that want to do things nicley, it’s what there there fir why but take your time and do it right the first time and don’t quote somebody for the whole day and get 1 thing done and say you ran out of time. last time getting my money and i suggest anybody reading this save there money too

No recommend, from the first very moment I was there this guy was trying to sell me a radio even though I keep telling him no!Besides they knew the only thing I need was a new USB cable and he changed me $45 dollars just to tell me that!Never coming back, while I was there I could hear how much they were changing to people and it was extremely expensive for all of them...No great service at all.
