Not very friendly or personable staff.Stopped in to get my pool water tested and got there a bit early which seemed to have annoyed the person opening that morning, as they were slightly late and seemed frazzled by their own tardiness. I patiently waited for them to get their systems up and running while browsing the aisles. When he seemed ready I approached the counter. No smile, no greeting — I figured everyone has a day and didn’t take it personal. Got the results of the water and was told to have the pool drained and refilled because it would be cheaper. I smiled and asked if he could explain more in depth because that wasn’t going to happen. I just needed to get the pool so it was manageable (mind you the water was crystal clear with just a few patches of mold that I was combatting). He went on to explain that all the minerals in the water were too high — at this point I could visibly see him getting more irritated, as more customers lined up for assistance and he was the only one there. I politely left and will never go back. This isn’t the first encounter I’ve had with this person or the first rude employee I’ve met at this store in the last few years. I get that it’s probably frustrating to be the only one there opening in a high traffic area. Maybe another employee called in making this person cover for them at the last minute but that doesn’t have to reflect in your attitude towards your customers who are just trying to go about their day without incident. It’s a pool supply store. It’s convenient for that area. They’re always fully stocked on chemicals. My advice: buy exactly what you need and interact with the employees as little as possible and it’ll be a much more enjoyable experience.

Went in to get my water tested and was told that I needed to drain my pool. My pool isn't even 2years old. Then he handed me a print out of my other options. It included hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals. I went across the street to Pool Parts Plus, took them some water. Never mentioned that I went to Leslie's. He said, "It looks like you just need some shock and everything will be good. Your levels aren't off that much." Then I told him how I'd gone to your store and showed him the print out. All he said was "that's why I left there. I got tired of having to lie to customers and sell them chemicals they didn't need." Pool Parts Plus gained a new customer.

My pool has been acting up, so I went in and the assistant manager Ian walked me through everything I needed to do. He spent a good 15 minutes giving me advice. All that I needed to buy was some muriatic acid, and I unknowingly had store reward points, so the acid didn’t cost me a penny!! Free advice and free product, I’m definitely always coming here for pool help. Unbelievable!

Great store and super helpful staff. They had everything I needed and helped me get my pool back up and running properly. The only downside is staffing. Could really use a second set of hands.

The store was closed and locked prior to 7:00 PM.I arrived at 6:55PM there was merchandise in front of the double doors and both entrances were locked! I’ll take my future business elsewhere.
