Tammy is amazing! Thank you so much for your help today! My Hayward pool cleaner wasn’t moving even though I had suction and she helped me take it apart, cleared out the debris and a rock and flipped my blades to make it last longer, all at no charge!! I really do appreciate Tammy and the constant great customer service at Leslie’s!!

Sent my wife to pick up shock. I said 2 boxes, make sure it is at least 70 percent cal-hypo.The salesman pushed 3 other products and convinced her that if she purchased just shock, it wouldn't work.Taking advantage of people is never ok. The salesman didn't know the conditions of my pool and instead of being helpful was pushing hundreds of dollars of snake oil products. I'm glad my wife understands scam artists. I do not trust Leslie's or their "experts."Do your homework. Otherwise, be ready to waste money.

The beautiful lady who helped me saved me and so did the young man there. They did the free water test and answered all my questions. I will forever go here. They were so kind and helpful.

I normally stay away from Leslie's in general because I feel like they always try to sell me things I don't need. *I do NOT feel that way about this location*. The staff here is super helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me so much in managing my pool.

Update, January 28th, 2023When I wrote the original review the store was under a different name. Since Leslie's took took over this location I cannot stand by my earlier review. Prices have skyrocketed.I've been coming here for a couple of years. Prices are better than competition for many items especially for quad packs of acid and chlorine, professional strength. It's a bit further than my local pool store but I always plan the stop here with my local errands so it makes the trip well worth it.

They are totally informative on what needs to be done to your pool by testing the sample that you provide. Inform and instruct you on how to apply the chemicals that they supply. Big thumbs up.
