If I could leave a zero I would. Waited 4 months for our furniture. Terrible workmanship and quality for expensive furniture. Need warranty service? Good luck. First the lies about submission of warranty claim. They even sent their representative to verify the need for replacement of a glider mechanism. No action. Contacted manufacturer and was informed that Linas had made no contact with the manufacturer. At that point I came to the realization that I would have to get the part from the manufacturer and pay for shipping. I will also have to the repair personally. So, if you feel the need to purchase sub quality furniture and handle any issues that may arise during a warranty issue then shop here

Quality of couch material is good. Customer Service is awful. My ottoman was sitting at their store for over 6 months before it was delivered to me, and the store that took my order is in the same city where I live. They delivered my couch to me with different padding material (some firm, some soft; I wanted firm). It's been a year and 6 months and they still have not replaced the padding of two of my couch cushions. I have called, left messages, spoken to their managers, and emailed them throughout this time to have this issue resolved. And they still are giving me the run arounds. I would not recommend this company because their customer service is awful.

The only great thing about Lina was Julie Monroy, a new sales associate; she deserves much better. The owner in the summer keeps the temp at 79 degrees, and there are no fans to cool people, and the women's bathroom was dirty and only one stall was available. I will never shop here again. On a personal level, I felt so bad for Julie, that I asked the manager of Living Spaces if he'd interview Julie. Yeah, he said he would.

Darryl was extremely helpful. He listened to what we wanted and found the perfect sleeper sofa. The delivery process was on schedule and the delivery staff was courteous and professional. Thank you Lina Furniture.

I buy my furniture in this place, but when they delivered the set to my house I got a completely different color, and I tell the delivery person to take back since that wasnt the color I pay for and they take the set back to the furniture. I call right away to the furniture and ask them if they would find me the color I wanted or what was going to happen, they tell me No, so I tell them to return my money back then, they tell me they were going to talk with the owner and give the owners number. The next day I call and they give the owners number, I talk with the owner and right away start jailing at me, acting so rude and telling me he was not going to return my money back and just hang up the phone on me. I really need help, I dont even have my furniture and not even my money, Im so stressed and in the reviews of this place, Im not the only one who have they doing this type of stuff, theres more like me and this is not fair for anyone. I really dont know what to do and I cant not even sleep because of this problema, they amount they take away for me was $3,000 which is a really great amount of money

This is the worse place to buy!!! I buy a room set and I got a complete different color. I try to negotiate with Erick and Maria in this case because they couldn’t find me the color I wanted it, and they give me the owner number so I can call him and talk straight to him. I ask for my money in return, so they ask the owner and the owner didn’t want to give me my money back. When I call the owner, I couldn’t even talk because he just want to fight me and hang up the phone as really as it was possible, he was very RUDE with me and didn’t even give any opinion for anything, and just all he say was “I’m not giving any refunds to you bye” jailing at me the whole time, so unprofessional, and until this day I have not received any refund/money back.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I talked with the manager/owner and he was rude, not helping at all after they delivered the wrong bedroom set. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! THIS PLACE SUCKS.

Eric was awesome! Got a great deal on a computer desk! He explained everything thoroughly and was overall just a pleasant person to speak to. Definitely will be back here if I need anything else.

Stopped in on a long Sunday to look at furniture. Eric M. made the experience very nice. Non pushy, fast, friendly, very relaxed and made sure we weighed all our options out to be certain we found the right fit for our home and family. We will definitely be back as we add furnishings to our home. The delivery was great as well. Very respectful of our time and home. Thank you Eric M and the delivery staff!

Changing my original review. Initially, everything went great but everything went downhill very quickly after that. I initially bought several pieces of fruniture and was told that the main item, the matching loveseat to my sofa was discontinued even though there was no problem ordering it originally (if it is discontinued why is it still able to be sold?) So my husband and I came back to order a different set of couches for a different room in our house. We were told that the items were coming from warehouse and wouldn't be floor models. We come back the next day to pick them up only to find that they were floor model. We request a refund and Eric tries to lie about it stating they didn't find out until a few hours beforeWhen I stated they could have called and told us when they found out, he continually insisted they didn't know even though I'd recieved 2 calls from them that morning to pick up the items.
