Staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They allowed us to find clothing, electronics, health and beauty products among other things. Would love to see more options in the food court. Thanks to the three ladies who helped my wife find the clothing, and shoes she was looking for.

There's not much to say about LAB. Checking in was very fast, and checking out was quick also (in spite of all the registers being down.

Convenient, with good products and friendly staff. Don't know what I'd do if they took this benefit away...

The Luke AFB Main Exchange is about the worst military retail store within the Continental US (CONUS). Employee attitudes are lackluster and negative. Requesting assistance nearly always ends up with an "I can't" response to the most general questions. Most prices are on par or higher compared to off-base retailers even with no tax applied to purchases. PRICE MATCHING is a joke and there is always a caveat on why they cannot honor it. They will tell you that they will price match products with Amazon but will be eager to tell you "they can't" because of some outrageous reason embedded in their system. They will also tell you that "they can't" match their online prices while you are physically at the store, but, will tell you if you order from their online site, you can make the purchase at the store. Why? Their home office prices are listed separately from field stores and both systems do not interface. They acknowledge this is a problem but no one has taken this issue up to their home office for resolution. Their online prices are often different from in-store prices and this creates issues with customers who point out these discrepancies. Moreover, prices on products on display at the store are often wrong but no one seems to care about making corrections in the system to preclude recurrence. The store is sparsely patronized and there are good reasons for it. Employee apathy, incompetence, job security for poor performance, all lead to a strong motto of customer disservice and sales prevention. The BX as it once was called is no longer a cherished benefit for military members, retired, and for disabled veterans. They exist because they are supplemented by taxpayer dollars no matter how unprofitable. If this military store had to compete to exist with other retailers outside of the base, it would be shut down due to significant problems deeply rooted in the store's culture. To be clear, military retailers such as the Exchange are necessary to provide support for our troops in many austere and remote working environments. But it is not an excuse to allow poor customer service and apathy to exist even when its operation is supplemented by taxpayers' money.

Such a great feeling shopping with people who've served their country and are now reaping the benefits of that service.

Great exchange! Not one of the smaller ones like Vandenberg. Tons of selection and good prices.

Today was a light day, so little traffic, and few shoppers made it really easy to get through the commissary and the exchange.

I used to love going to the base and going in to the exchange. Now there is no one to help you if you need assistance or ask a question. There are no cashiers any longer what a shame it's like going into a big building picking out the stuff you want Ghost to self checkout You never receive your talk to anybody and go out get in your car and leave bad vibes not friendly at all.

The Dry Cleaners and Alterations moved to the Luke AFB Credit Union blds. The service was second to none. We dropped off three pair of pants for alterations. Price is lower than many of the competitors in the area. I got a message less than three hours after dropping them off that they were done. Pricing is lower than the competition in the area. Very Satisfied and is worth the driver to get there from our home in Surprise.

Standard, medium-sized BX. Covered, multi-level parking and modest food court with four dining options. Staff is helpful and friendly, especially the gun counter guys.

This is a well managed store and the employees are very helpful, some outstandingly helpful. The store is very organized with things in their place. The only things missing are price tags on some shelves and items.

We don’t live far from the base and we don’t frequent it like we used to. The prices are no longer a big difference from going to any other big box department store. But it’s still a nice place to get armed forces gear and stuff. Only way I’d probably frequently shop here is if I apply for a military star card which is the credit card used to shop exclusively at the exchanges (not the commissary).
