Jared is truly a one of a kind person, he is so kind, attentive, and knowledgable, he is clearly passionate about his job and he puts a lot of care and effort into every product he recommends, along with an extensive background knowledge of each product and it's uses. He is a gem! I left with so many goodies, for my face, hair, and even skin, such a great experience :) I love lush but I would come back any day just for him!

I had the pleasure of having a party at LUSH at Arrowhead mall last night and it was so much fun!!! Aubrey, Riki and Chris were amazing hosts! They made the experience so exciting and enjoyable! We did facials, tried products and made bath bombs! They are extremely knowledgeable about the products and worked with each person to use the best options based on their skin and preferences. I highly recommend the experience!

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by **Aubrey** and **Ricki** during my recent visit to LUSH, and I honestly can’t stop smiling thinking about the experience. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with such warmth and *infectious energy* that it immediately lifted my whole day.
Aubrey was so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the products—she didn’t just *sell*, she shared stories, tips, and personal favorites like a friend who truly wanted the best for me. And Ricki? She radiated joy and made every moment feel fun and personal. The two of them together were a total *dream team*—cheerful, attentive, and so in sync it was like watching magic happen.
They didn’t rush me, they didn’t pressure me—they just *cared*. And it showed. Whether it was helping me find the perfect bath bomb or recommending skincare tailored to my needs, I felt seen, heard, and pampered. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated.
Honestly, Aubrey and Ricki didn’t just make a sale—they made a *fan for life*. If every shopping experience could feel this genuine and uplifting, the world would be a better place.

Absolutely love Lush, especially during Halloween time when they have the spooky themed items. The employees here are always so wonderful.

Love the assorted colorful bath bombs- the perfect treat to treat yourself. They have other bath products and even face masks here. I like how they even offer test samples you can try. The employees were friendly. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.

Jared was exceptional! He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the benefits of each product we were interested in without overwhelming us. He had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience fun and comfortable. I really appreciated that he never pressured us to buy, but checked in at the right times to offer help and answer questions. We felt valued as customers and left feeling confident in our choices. Highly recommend working with Jared!

Customer service was great! Both reps got my kid excited for the bath bombs. They had a bomb in a tub to show what it would look like when it is in water.

All I have to say is the two employees that were working the other night that I went there I wish I could remember their names were extremely helpful and extremely polite. I had a great experience in there, considering I hadn’t been inside of A lush in many years

This location is always kind to children. My daughter loves the bath bombs and other soaps here. The sales associate Ricki made my daughter’s day by showing her a demonstration of their new frog soap. I was originally only going to get one item but the customer service and attention of Ricki made me glad to purchase another item.
