Absolutely terrible customer service, mostly just stand around. I ordered twice in two days and they took forever the first time, and ordered from here the second time by accident via the mobile app. They would not even help or refund it and just took my money.

Wait forever for your food. Had raw hamburger twice there. They are always super busy which is good but the crew member are all over the place and seem overwhelmed. Homeless all over inside and out. Smoking their drugs.

The service was very slow. I waited at the front counter for about 4 minutes before anyone helped me. The cashier was very nice and her customer service was on point. She took my order then I waited 5 minutes just to get my french fries and my cup for soda. The gentleman who give me my order was very nice. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was very pleasant. My fries were hot and fresh. The employees were more concerned with drive through rather than the front counter. Overall the visit was good. The customer service was very slow.

Store run by people who act like they have no idea how the app works..says they only take cash and have chicken nuggets after midnight. Places an order and restaurant claims they cannot give refund. Will contact general manager for explanation of consistent poor service

Placed my order online. Had a special order, so I was asked to pull forward. I had ordered 2 sweet teas and 1 unsweetened and 3 sandwiches plus iced coffee. Well, I received all unsweetened teas, and my special order burger was very messy. The condiments were all over the bun. After being parked for 12 minutes, I began to honk my horn. Finally, a young kid came to the window and tried to give me the wrong order twice. I finally received my order and drove off and realized there were NO NAPKINS!!! When are napkins not included. Needless to say, I don't intend on visiting this McDonald's anytime soon.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. They employees were very rude about the whole thing. We waited 20 minutes for a small order, checked on it a few times and we're told it was still being made. They got our order confused with someone else's and finally when we got our order it was cold and the fries weren't even filled up. I payed for a large fry and got a mediums worth. Not coming back to this one!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Always closed our out of stuff. Sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes and got boxed in. The drive thru girl had a bad attitude instantly. Needs new management or to be shut down. Fire everyone there and start new. Terrible place for a brand name
