This location is a joke. I walked in trying to get a new phone and the gentleman working did not speak English. He was using Google translate on his phone and I was not conducting my transaction that way. This is crazy how can this even be a thing

I went there on Sunday to switch from Verizon to Metro and Tanya gave me a great deal. I got the Galaxy A 54 with 2 chargers, screen protector, and a case for $150. She even took the time to help me port all my numbers and pictures to my new phone. I really recommend this place. Thank you so much Tanya, I will return for my home internet Friday.

Bernice had the best customer service I have ever received!She ported mine and my wife's number from AT&T, she helped us pick out the best devices.My wife was wanting to keep her device but with Bernice's help and knowledge she convinced my wife to upgrade her 3 year old device.We both walked out with an N300 5g. We got the best service, best price out the door and a hook up with case and screen protector. We went on vacation to Rocky Point and had no issues with our service.I highly recommend going to Bernice.I will definitely be back!

Bernice at this store saved all my contacts and did smart switch perfectly...upgraded my phone and helped me pick out a case and put on the glass for me....she was very knowledgeable and patient and helpful...I highly recommend this location.

DID NOT Get RECEIPT for my purchase $95..receipt machine out of paper or jammed! I asked for email or receipt by text..NEVER RECEIVED ONE..will avoid in future.still waiting for receipt..Customer Service didn't follow up with me either..Been customer 11 years.Seriously! Get it together

Didn't have in stock a phone I wanted and didn't know if they would get it in later. Second time I was at this store and still not pleased with them. Will go someplace else next time.

I usually like this location but I called yesterday to ask how much it would be to upgrade my phone and the girl on the phone was like " maybe $280 - or $290"Like she just made up a price in here head. Metro will continue to lose customers for things like this!

I received top notch service when I switched over from Cricket. I believe the young woman's name was Emma. She went above and beyond to make sure things switched over correctly. Best cell phone store experience I've had in the Phoenix area.
