The absolute rudeness. While trying to get help the boy asked multiple times that I move to the side so he could help others even though I hadn’t finished. He talked over all the females and wouldn’t listen. When I pointed out his rudeness he just got even more rude. Never ever again. Part of why we left metro is the rude workers
UPDATE: my response to the owner. No I’ll never go back and encourage at least females to not go in there. Considering how society is behaving lately and how that rude man treated not just me but the female customer service rep on the phone it would be dangerous for women IMO. I’ll keep telling ppl to not go there or go to metro after the horrible experience.

Best customer service out there :) The girls here were so nice and helpful and went out of their way to help me and my mum out with our plans and services! I even met a young lady as the same name as me!! They explained everything well! I’ve come here a few times before and everytime I receive the same great experience:))Should definitely get a raise! Definitely recommend this store!!

FIVE STARS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS BEEN RUDE TO THEM THEY STILL TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT! The boy with that patch of white hair was so nice to me, helped me port over from boost and get all my contacts, pictures and everything onto my new phone! The girls there seem to have the same attitude, very nice and very helpful! I had to give them five stars!

This store closes early and the female staff is very rude and she also tried to charge my card for more than what is was worth.
