I am unable to determine if this applies to all Midas locations or only this specific one. However, I have received service for my Equinox here several times and have consistently experienced fair and equitable treatment, including clear and respectful communication. My past experiences with other mechanics have been notably different. This team consistently demonstrates professionalism, expertise, friendliness, and fairness. Therefore, I intend to continue using their services for my vehicles.

Frank at the Glendale and 43rd Ave store is incredible! Not only did he take care of my destroyed breaks in a timely fashion. But he also managed to get me an extremely good price on the deal. Quite frankly, (pun intended) this 90 days, same as cash is going to actually save me. Thank you Frank, for being all over it.

I recently rolled into Midas for an oil change, and let me tell you, it was an experience that could only be described as a comedy of automotive brilliance. From the second I pulled in, Frank, the service rep, greeted me like I was royalty, except with a slightly sarcastic smile, like he knew the whole "I'm here for an oil change" routine was about to turn into something way more entertaining.
Frank, with a twinkle in his eye, immediately started making fun of me in the best way possible. It wasn’t mean-spirited, though more like a playful roast with the charm of a stand-up comedian who was genuinely trying to brighten your day. “You sure you want the cheap stuff in that car?” I laughed, partly because I was a little embarrassed, but also because I realized Frank was the kind of guy who made a routine oil change feel like a fun afternoon with an old friend.
Then, of course, there was Lee, the mechanic. This man’s expertise was unmatched, and while he was working his magic under the car, Frank couldn’t help but toss in some playful jabs.
The banter was relentless, but it was clear that Frank’s teasing came from a place of care and good humor. It made the whole experience feel less like a sterile oil change and more like a day out with friends, laughing at my car’s quirks (and mine).Frank also took the time to educate me which fluids i needed and why i needed them.
When Lee was done, my car was purring like a kitten, and I felt like I had just gone through a rejuvenation process, not just for my car, but for my spirit. Because Midas gave me more than just fresh oil; they gave me a whole new outlook on the routine.
10/10 would recommend for the top-notch service—and the comedy show. Frank and Lee? They’re the dynamic duo of oil changes and good-natured mockery
