Ladies, you may feel very comfortable bringing your car here for anything it needs. Rob knows the BS customers go through trying to make good choices about car repairs and maintenance. The place is very clean, the employees value their customers and it shows. I used an oil change coupon and Rob didn't even try to haggle with me over it! Whatttt? Just great customer service and automotive help which is actually helpful without a hassle! Nice job, Midas and thank you, Rob. Most appreciated.

I used this shop and I don’t recommend them at all. The manager Rob was very rude when we showed him that the fix they did was not fixed right. He scammed me out of $667. I don’t recommend this store!!!

Took my car to this shop as it was leaking oil from the same place that 6 months earlier this place charged me $660. The technician look at it and said it is the same issue we had fixed before and it is warrantied but our manager is not here to approve. I made an apt for Saturday and took it in. Before the manager took a look st the issue he said it is not the same thing we fixed before and all this before he took a look. They then took a look and of course said it is not the same issue after his technician said it was. They refused to fix their own issue. This manager said that I the owner told him what to replace the first time and that is why they replaced what they did based on what I told them. Don’t you think a responsible car shop would replace what is needed vs what the owner recommends? I don’t recommend taking your car to this scammer shop!!!

I have been going to the Glendale Midas since I moved to Arizona (2018). Rob S and the Midas Team go above and beyond in making customers feel welcome and valued. They take excellent care of me and my car! I highly recommend visiting the Glendale Midas for all your car care needs.

I've gone there many times to get my 3rd generation 2001 Ford fixed up (I want to keep him in the family). They're awesome and are always looking out for what your vehicle needs. They make sure to know the exact problem to fix. I will always be their loyal customer!
