First time in. Absolutely felt welcome. Further location from our home but very much worth it. Found our new home for all our pool needs. Love the family feel!

Highly recommend! That small town local vibe that you only get from not being a giant corporation. Problem solvers. They came out a couple of times to figure out the issue and gave me a fantastic deal on a new filter system. Couldn't be happier!

I feel welcome in this store and alway receive excellent service. The price are reasonable and Northwest Pool sends me frequent sale flyers with great prices and free BBQs...!!
