None of these are what I asked to be on the hand towels. The closest one to being right is the dinosaur, except it was supposed to be a raptor. And the Tree of Life, Ha I think not. The stitching is horrible, zoom in and check it out. Would not recommend.

Very rude ,and very disrespectful , and very unhelpful!!!!! I called in to ask if they embroider two shirts, she said we can then I ask her how much is was going to be she told me 6 dollars for each shirt and I said ok cool I’m down with that. I told her I can drop the two shirts off Monday or Sunday then she rudely interrupted me and said we are not open on Sunday and then said oh okay I can drop it off Monday othen she said when do you need it done by I said Wednesday then she said I can’t have it don’t by then so told her how long will it take she said a week i was about to say okay cool I’m cowith that but she rudely cut me off again and said I won’t take this job and said why and she said I won’t I’m so disappointed in the company!!!! DO NOT GO HERE OR CALL HERE

I contacted Nancy about making me some last minute aprons and she moved some things around and made it happen for me, great service with great attitude here, and pride in the work. Dont be fooled when you pull up to the business, as its just a house but this Company is Legit. I have been Using them for over a few years now to make custom polos for our teachers at our school, we have had hundreds of great products made here. Highly recommend.

Started using Novel Threads around 4 months ago for hat embroidery. They do a fantastic job, and went out of their way to get a job done on very little time (my fault for not giving them more of a notice). A great couple to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your embroidery needs!!!!
