Staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind. There is a great selection. I went in to buy a certain type of frame to get prescription sunglasses made and ended up leaving with them, a pair of sunglasses for my wife and a hat. Thanks to those who helped us

I stopped in today to get some new lenses/sunglasses for my husband. The guy working there, Tyler was the absolute best. He was able to help my husband, son & myself pick out new glasses that fit our face the best. Honestly, I was amazed as how well he dressed our faces with the right shape of glasses. He brought out others from the back, other colors, styles. I was definitely impressed & ended up buying 4 pairs. It was BOGO 50% and we are all happy with our picks.

Tyler provided great customer service! He provided me with many recommendations that I liked, he helped look through my purchase history to figure out which frame would be the most suitable. I really appreciate the time he took on helping me get the perfect pair for a birthday gift!

Great selection and service by the Oakley outlet staff and manager (Jullissa)! Jullissa provided great sales & customer service without being pushy. I am a professional sales person, so I am critical of sales people. Jullissa asked me what I am looking for, informed me about the products, features/benefits, special promotions and sales. I had an idea of the style I wanted because of a previous store visit. I also took advantage of the Buy One/Full price, Get One/Half Price promotion Oakley was running. I felt it was a value because I know the regular retail price for both pair. I had a great customer service experience AND I got a great deal! Thank you to Jullissa and staff. - Joseph W.
