“Office Furniture Now LLC is located in a very nice building. The people were very friendly and helpful. We were able to select the office furniture that we wanted - color and style. We easily pulled into a parking space in the back and they helped us lift this office equipment into our vehicle. The office equipment was not dirty or dusty. The prices were phenomenal on our particular filing cabinets. We received paperwork when we paid as well as when we picked up the merchandise. They seemed to have a great array of slightly used office furniture equipment. If we ever need another piece of office equipment, we will seek them out first.”
“Everything about this desk feels high-quality. The table top is somewhat low profile which gives it a sleek look. The legs are heavy and feel sturdy on the floor. With my last standing desk simply moving the mouse or typing on the keyboard would cause my desk to wobble slightly which was kind of annoying.”
“Service above and beyond! I had a couple of issues (track for the seat cushion was not latched and cracked tab on one of the arms) with a Herman Miller chair that was shipped to me from NYC and brought it into the warehouse on Friday. To manage expectations, Martin (Warehouse Service contact) told me that if they need/have the parts in the warehouse, it would be ready on Monday. And if not, they would need to order the parts which could take 4-6 weeks. As promised on Monday, the track on the seat cushion was fixed. And to save me another 20+ minutes each way trip, Martin and his manager came up with a solution to resolve the cracked tab on the arm. Additionally, being new in Phoenix, my Waze navigation sent me to the wrong location when i went to drop of the chair and Brian, the service coordinator, stayed on the phone and helped me navigate my way to the warehouse. Thank you so much Martin, Martin’s manager and Brian for a providing fantastic customer experience!”

“This company is the best in Phoenix, especially if you need something technical. They know what they are doing and will work closely to arrive at a solution if you know what you're doing. Heck, they built the acrylic for the Scottsdale Blue Spire by Frank Loydd Wright. That is about as technical as it gets. 6 star rating if I could. Don't expect them to be cheap and fast (who wants that?) , but do expect them to be able to take on the toughest challenge.”
