I had a couple of issues (track for the seat cushion was not latched and cracked tab on one of the arms) with a Herman Miller chair that was shipped to me from NYC and brought it into the warehouse on Friday. To manage expectations, Martin (Warehouse Service contact) told me that if they need/have the parts in the warehouse, it would be ready on Monday. And if not, they would need to order the parts which could take 4-6 weeks. As promised on Monday, the track on the seat cushion was fixed. And to save me another 20+ minutes each way trip, Martin and his manager came up with a solution to resolve the cracked tab on the arm. Additionally, being new in Phoenix, my Waze navigation sent me to the wrong location when i went to drop of the chair and Brian, the service coordinator, stayed on the phone and helped me navigate my way to the warehouse.
