I came at 9 am to ship paperwork as I have an account here. After I was through, I went to use the restroom before I left, and it was absolutely disgusting. It was 9am! These restrooms look like they haven't been cared for in weeks. Do better Office Max.

Terrible service. The lady managing printing is very rude and doesn’t want to help customers. I was told I would have to wait until the end of the day if I wanted service printing five invitations. I needed them asap so proceeded to print them myself. Once I finally figured out how to use the printer, I had no assistance trimming the invitations to size. I was holding my infant son the entire time while he was crying and the staff just sat there and watched. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I needed to purchase more items from the store but was so dissatisfied I will take my business elsewhere.

I would rate it '0' stars if I could. Complete incompetence at ALL levels of the company. Item I ordered was actually OUT OF STOCK, and they tried to pass off a Floor Demo unit as New & at full price, when it was clearly marked as a Demo and at a reduced price. Their Customer (DIS)Service emailed me that, not only did they refuse to CANCEL my order, but also claimed that I *PICKED IT UP*. Useless.

What a terrible experience with maneger Susan me and my son walking in store she come first time and I answer here nicely and she came second and I was on the phone that's rude and before exiting the store she ask the cashier if I purchase the item I bought for my son just Ridiculous.
That's not customer service work. I don't know how she works like that.
I'm not coming back here ever!
Probably go to Walmart or somewhere else!

Emma in the print department was so accommodating and helpful a super young lady. She is a True Blue company employee as is Joelle. I was impressed with their talent and expertise in assisting us in a mind blowing experience trying to print from an IPhone, etc.
