Our battery died on a Saturday am. Kerry came out in record time. He unlocked the door and replaced the battery in minutes. He was quick, kind and efficient. Price was fair and well worth the few extra bucks for convenience sake. The price of the battery was about the same as AutoZone. Also when I called to ask about how much the service call would be, Kerry didn't try to hide the costs like some businesses do. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. He even recommended an affordable locksmith to cut us some new keys. Thanks Kerry!

The service was quick. The tech was friendly. The price was never discussed with me. Even as he was taking my card he didn't mention a price. I was in a tough spot and was willing to pay whatever either way it went. I lost my little receipt, totally my fault and am hoping they will email me an invoice so I can be reimbursed by my insurance. I will use the service again but will ask for pricing.

Have a 2018 Dodge Journey and my battery is by the wheel well, called a million places and no one would help but On Time did! He arrived in less than 30 minutes and pricing was very reasonable! I called on a Sunday and he was at my house in West Phoenix within 30 minutes. Tested my battery, starter and alternator. Then replaced my battery and had me going within an hour. I’m so thankful I found them and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend this service.
