This place was a great place to deliver to. The yard was kind of tight for my semi truck so that's why only 4 stars however the guys I had to deal with were top notch. I'd deliver here again.

Went to their store downtown and made my order for 30 sheets of drywall delivered to my garage. I get home the day of the delivery to find 2 panels snapped in half lengthwise. Of course they are already closed for the weekend so i had to pay an additional $200 trip charge for my drywall guys to come back. Great job guys! Thanks for doing the right thing. You were recommended by a friend and now i get to report back that your delivery guys screwed me. I wont hesitate to let everyone else around me renovating right now, know the quality of your deliveries. Had planned on going back to get some faux stone to cover the entire front of my home.....Home Depot, here I come. I would rather pay more and load it myself, at least I know it will get done right.

A disgruntled customer, not willing to work with us on a return. Claimed it was a special order...how special when I received a huge pallet full of stacked stone the next day after I placed the order; did they quarry it in the rear yard for me? Would not buy stone or recommend it if they are the end supplier. Not good business.

Eddie and the the rest of the staff at Pacific Supply in Glendale AZ are very caring and wonderful. They make sure that your visit goes smooth and help you get the right material for your job. I work with Eddie most of the time and his customer service skills are second to none, He is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to get the best deal for your money. I recommend Pacific Supply to anyone!!!
