I really like the girls that usually are there when I go in, nobody ever complains or makes me feel like an inconvenience like the lady working tonight did.
I stopped going to PetSmart (all PetSmarts) years ago because of an employee like her.
Truthfully I think there could be worse customers than myself as I’m pretty considerate and have years of going into this store. Consistently buying $150- $250 or more every other week.. As the owner of a small cat sanctuary my orders are large and nobody ever complains about it but tonight was different the employee didn’t have to say anything.. just the attitude was terrible. She asked me my name and let out a sigh when she realized which order was mine and she asked if I had help to load it up I said no, then she proceeded to tell me if I was going to open the gate of my truck for her.. I planned on getting out to help her from the get go and I did. I understand that not everyone is used to the load I cary.. but I pick up large orders like this routinely, and I don’t just go to this store sometimes I have to go to various stores to get all the products I need.. then I get to my destination and unload and organize it all on my own.. I also manage and clean after the cats on my own and I’m not complaining but bringing a cart out a few feet away from the cash register is nothing compared to everything I do myself.
I guess I choose curbside for the ease and convenience it offers.
Honestly the only reason I prefer curbside is because those shopping carts are tiny and my products are large so inevitably once I push them off the curb and across the parking lot things always fall out in the middle of the road. If there were larger carts I’d go in and do it myself.
It just makes more sense for the cart to never leave the entrance of the store.
Anyway might be best to order chewy delivery at this point unless it’s an I need it now type of day..

Got to that store around 8:23 before the store closes @10. You have two associates one employee and one manger I believe. If your fish department closes at a certain time wouldn’t you think to help your customers who called you for help to go help another person out. Me and my boyfriend has waited there for nearly almost 20 minutes before closing. I got frustrated cause one employee was blabbering her mouth dealing with Simone who didn’t ask for help first at all. Still running her mouth about a damn fish she couldn’t get out of the damn container. I don’t care if there’s two associates you help the person who asked you for help. I know how customer service works you don’t help the person for 20 minutes who’re closing then not help the ones who asked you for help. As for the manger who was working there tonight girl you shouldn’t be a manger. Your manger skills suck, your attitude is poor you. If you’re so short on employees THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE. COMMON SENSE! I could have already went home with my fish and other things. But no still running your mouth if you couldn’t get the fish out let your manger do it and help the ones who being waiting for 15 nearly 20 minutes before closing.

Great selection, compared to my local petco. But the stink around some of the animal containment was a little overwhelming, specifically the lizard and snake area. they had a really good selection of bearded dragons, including this guy who was living his best life.

This place is the epitome of corporate greed. $.10 for a plastic bag. Their fish warranty has become almost impossible. When something goes wrong and you come back then they tell you what the rules are so you don’t make the second journey. I spend over 150 a month on my pets and I will never spend one cent in the store again! Vote with your wallet.

False advertising on fish return policy. They look for any excuse not to refund. Better off getting healthy fish from a dedicated fish store like Ocean Floor or Kona Reef. Won't be shopping here again

Hello,
Let me just start by saying that the doctor and vaccination crew is legit and solid, great customer service and the items that are sold in the store are nice and affordable now, when it comes to the grooming team well, let me just say im highly disappointed with their such negative attitude. Wife and i got there very excited for our new puppy second hair cut and the young lady at the front counter was not even acknowledging us when we came in, my wife said “good morning” then the young girl finally said “hey”, i told her we had an appointment at 12 and also told her my puppy’s name and my name. Then she asked me whats the puppy’ s name? I told her the name for second time, then she asked for the vaccination record and i gave her the card and young lady asked again, what's the puppy’s name ? Im not sure whats going on at this time, if she was distracted or what but i just told her the name for third time!
Then another hispanic lady shows telling me how the hair cut should be for bla bla bla reasons with a negative attitude and i told her, we wanted the original hair cut for my puppy’s breed. Then she said no, i dont recommend that due the hair changes the color and it might not growth back normal and all other reasons that i did not want to know about. I just said, i understand that but this is not her first hair cut and we want the original hair cur, the. She replied with negative attitude “if thats what you want “ i was like wtf? Wait a minute, we are the customers and we have the right to decide what hair cur we want on our dog!! Not you!! I work on the customer service department and i damn know the customer is always right! (If not, its ok they are paying for a service or product!!)
I was asked for the vaccines record which i had previously gave the card to the young distracted lady, then she said they couldnt do the hair cut due us not having the records? Excuse me, but the records are in the card, stamped and signed!!!!
Thats all records needed to my understanding!!!
At this point, with all these things going on and which such negative attitude with the hispanic lady we just decided to leave thinking if we had left our puppy there, our puppy probably would have been mistreated for all this problem!!! No thanks!!
Pets lover be aware of this!
Again, doctor and all other Team members working there are very nice with the exception of those 2 ladies on the grooming department!
Very disappointed, if you dont like your job, then go do something else!!
